The lady who took my order was amazing but the other 2 in the store were just talking away with the customers. They should be cognizant abt the wait time. I appreciate getting to know your customers but you don’t have to make everyone else wait.

The staff at this location is always so sweet. They made the best pink drink I’ve ever had at any Starbucks. One time, while I was waiting at the drive thru, they told me they accidentally made my latte iced instead of hot, so they just gave me the iced one for free along with my original order! 10/10 customer

Great location for a quick stop on the way to work in the mornings, the morning crew is always great but the only downside to this location is the location of the drive-thru to the parking lot.
I was in drive-through for over 30 minutes. The food was supposed to be hot but by the time we made it to the window it was hardly warm. I visit this place often but the last 3 times it has been lacking in
It's very rare nowadays where you get a group of passionate individuals that work hard together and with a smile. Thank you very much for the accommodations while I was in town for business. ! Appreciate all of you, Haley thank you too!
Spend a very nice time with the girls yesterday and the ambiance was very inviting to do so. Service was pretty great and even though there were some items that were off the menu, the barista was able to remind us what we were trying to get and make it for us. That was greatly appreciated!!! I personally love the refreshers and teas.

I am a frequent customer here and they are pretty nice, accommodating, and always makes my order good and correct. Today however I am very unsatisfied . Frappe tasted like milk , when I let heidy know I didn’t want whipp cream she sounded irritated and responded “that’s not even yours”. Of course I knew that it was a hot coffee being made at the time I just wanted to inform her so when she made mine she knew and didn’t have to remake. She then proceeded to whisper something to her coworker. I always leave tips for the hard work but i was very dissatisfied today and shouldn’t have left anything. Not sure if I’ll return as customer service is top priority where I spend my money.

The staff was really doing a good job and you can tell they were hustling. Especially Jeffery, he was knocking out mobile orders. However, this location needs more staff. It took 26 mins for a mobile order which is really long for just coffee.

Dunkin' Donuts system was down. AMC was lit from $4 tickets and some people called out. Needless to say, I spent a while in line in the drive-thru. The homeboy has such a great attitude when he was giving me my drinks that I feel great about it. Thanks man!
