Well we were out of town at this moment and my sister just came to grab her a drink from Starbucks from the customer service it seemed like it was pretty decent

I'm a long time superfan customer of Starbucks. I have Starbucks several times a week, every week. Today I ordered a Frappuccino that I always order, but today was different. I dont know what made this different, but it was THE BEST Peppermint Java Chip that I have had..ever!!! It had a strong coffee taste and the peppermint wasn't too overwhelming. The two ladies working were very friendly and provided a great customer service experience!! Please make sure that they are recognized for doing a great job today and I loved my drink!!!
The place is ridiculous, they don't offer any breakfast sandwiches, and even the croissants are only on room temperature.Unbelievable how lazy these chains are, lazy and greedy.

Seriously, over 20 minutes wait whilst drinks were made not in order from the guest in line. Not a adult in sight. Two teenagers who cannot handle 10 guest in the order in which they arrive.Cannot wait until summer is over and some adults who can actually deliver instead of these children.Seriously disappointed and know better to go to another Starbucks location.

Every time in that Starbucks they have less than half the menu available.
Well… despite signs being posted all over this place to scan the code for points, apparently they do not have the “scanner” to do this. On top of that, I was charged more for my drink than what I normally pay at a stand alone Starbucks. The barista was kind enough to not charge me for my oat milk so the price would be similar to what I normally pay but overall, I am just confused and won’t purchase at this location again.
