Literally just purchased a Venti White Chocolate Macchiato iced walked away to start my shopping in Target, tasted it & it was super sweet…went back after checking out at register to tell them & instead of them offering to re make or exchange for something else I get “it has 6 pumps of white chocolate that’s why it’s so sweet” extremely horrible customer service. Guess what I told her to do then dump it I don’t want it! Loss of my $$ & loss of customer will never purchase here again! Never had this happen any other time at ANY STARBUCKS! Make sure you taste your drinks before walking away. This was only a matter of 30 min while in the same store.

Was told the employee was on break and I had to wait fifteen minutes, then some other employee with nothing behind the eyes told me he could make a drink if I 'told him how to do it'. Why would I pay ten dollars for a coffee if I have to tell the employee how to make it??? hello??? Target/Starbucks should be ashamed of this kind of customer service!!!!

Well we were out of town at this moment and my sister just came to grab her a drink from Starbucks from the customer service it seemed like it was pretty decent
I'm a long time superfan customer of Starbucks. I have Starbucks several times a week, every week. Today I ordered a Frappuccino that I always order, but today was different. I dont know what made this different, but it was THE BEST Peppermint Java Chip that I have had..ever!!! It had a strong coffee taste and the peppermint wasn't too overwhelming. The two ladies working were very friendly and provided a great customer service experience!! Please make sure that they are recognized for doing a great job today and I loved my drink!!!

The place is ridiculous, they don't offer any breakfast sandwiches, and even the croissants are only on room temperature.Unbelievable how lazy these chains are, lazy and greedy.
