I don’t know what is the problem with this location, What makes work so miserable for the employees? I've been going to this location for years (I go to the mall frequently on weekends ) and it doesn't matter the day, the time, or who's working; the people who work there are always in a terrible mood, they're always rude, they're in a hurry, they get your orders wrong, the coffee is almost never made right, THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS IN A BAD MOOD WITH ANGRY FACES, ALWAYS!!!

Well…I’ve been using this kiok for the pas 4 years…during weekdays the girls are so lovely and always with a smiles, they even write you positive messages❣️but Fri-Sun…these girls need to work with their attitude. We are spending lot of money…we’re not there for free. They should receive formation in: HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMER!

Spoke with a young lady named Layla that claimed to be the manager. I simply asked for a cup of water for my service dog. She asked me if I bought anything else, I replied no. She then denied water to us. I will never buy from this Starbucks again. Shame that people can be so petty to deprive innocent animals water without requiring a business transaction. Truly a shame of a person too

drink is soo bad and it was 6pm when I goThet the drinks it’s like water no flavour at all and I ask for them to do it again and they yelled at me and said no and this is unacceptable I payed money to get what I want exactly they gave me literally water I order mango dragon fruit and it’s like water not good at all so bad

I ordered oatmilk for my latte and I saw how the girl making it used regular whole milk. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers who have lactose intolerance and paid extra for their service.

This Starbucks made me waste almost $20, two drinks absolutely disgusting the girl making the drinks didn’t seem like she wanted to be there I asked for extras on my drinks didn’t get them.. my heavy cream was curdled two seconds into grabbing the drink. Terrible

Service is incredibly slow here and 9 times out of 10 my drink is made wrong even when I’m ordering something directly off the menu. I have always let it slide as I am very understanding of customer service issues however after this weekend this location will not receive another dime of my money. Not accepting coupons that are posted IN THE STARBUCKS APP because they are a “franchise location” is absurd. These drinks are already overpriced so to deny coupons because the owners don’t want to lose out on money is crazy because now they will lose out on money by having less sales. I was told I could use the coupon if I placed a mobile order which is ridiculous because then you can’t pay cash AND you have to pay minimum $15 to “reload” your Starbucks app, defeating the point of the money saving coupon. Bad business practice.

Just take this little fake Starbucks out of this location. Waste of space. No happy employees here. Unfriendly service and poor quality. Out of products as well. Long waits. Forced to give 1 star to leave a review. Waited almost half hour and coffee were both wrong. Did what I've never done at a Starbucks and got my $12 back.

Was on an iced caramel macchiato kick for a month until I ordered 2 cups here. Tasted like Carmel watered down with toilet water. And I picked it up 1 minute after I ordered them. On the bright side, I won't be craving a Starbucks coffee anytime soon and if I do, I won't get it from here.
