Service is incredibly slow here and 9 times out of 10 my drink is made wrong even when I’m ordering something directly off the menu. I have always let it slide as I am very understanding of customer service issues however after this weekend this location will not receive another dime of my money. Not accepting coupons that are posted IN THE STARBUCKS APP because they are a “franchise location” is absurd. These drinks are already overpriced so to deny coupons because the owners don’t want to lose out on money is crazy because now they will lose out on money by having less sales. I was told I could use the coupon if I placed a mobile order which is ridiculous because then you can’t pay cash AND you have to pay minimum $15 to “reload” your Starbucks app, defeating the point of the money saving coupon. Bad business practice.

Was on an iced caramel macchiato kick for a month until I ordered 2 cups here. Tasted like Carmel watered down with toilet water. And I picked it up 1 minute after I ordered them. On the bright side, I won't be craving a Starbucks coffee anytime soon and if I do, I won't get it from here.

I get Starbucks all the time. Same drink every single time. I went to this Starbucks and I’m never going back. They over charged me 3 dollars and automatically added 20% tip. When I made a comment about the price being more than usual, the man just stared at me. Didn’t answer my question, I removed the tip and it was still over an 8 dollar grande drink when I got a shaken espresso, that’s it. Like I’m disappointed in the people they have working there at citrus park mall. Don’t go

The baristas are rude and don’t even read the ticket. They had to remake my vanilla latte twice. The first time she made it hot when it was iced. She proceeded to pour the hot latte over ice and hand it to mean. I asked to get it remade since she heated up the milk when she made it hot and hot to ice like that does not taste nice. Have an attitude with it. When she handed me the remake, she told me it was exactly as I ordered…took a sip and there was no vanilla flavoring. I asked again to have it fixed and another barista remade it with a rude attitude as well. I wasn’t asking for the world, just an iced vanilla latte and they proceed to act extremely rude when they made it wrong and I wanted it fixed.

More of the same. That franchise for us Latinos knows how to make coffee. Even if they use the best grain, in the end they give you water painted with diluted milk, even if you buy a double shot. Their sweets are something else. Cold drinks prepared sugar is the queen of the place. Many will have their defenders, but in the preparation and quality of the coffee they are completely outdated.

So first My mistake for not checking the order while I was there? but when I got to my job I seen I didn’t get the right sandwich. I hope a manager sees this to speak with the staff I ordered an impossible sandwich and was given a sausage cheddar and egg sandwich. I’M EXTREMELY ALLERGIC to pork.

An employee with bad attitudes and anger problems should not work in any business that requires good customer service.The midle-age employee, a woman with short hair and blue colored hair in charge of taking orders was very rude and disrespectful. I ordered two venti iced white chocolate mocha with extra caramel.We were waiting for our order. The employee who was serving the orders placed an order on the table and we accepted it thinking it was ours. We didn't see anyone else waiting in the order pick up area. Usually, when I order something in sturbucks they ask me for my name to avoid confusions with the orders but this time the employee didn't asked me. According to the problematic employee we took the wrong order. So, she took back the drink that we had accepted by mistake plus my other order which she had already prepared and threw them away. She was very upset, arguing that I hadn't ordered both drinks the same. She addressed me and the other customers in a derogatory and disrespectful manner, saying in a loud and angry tone "Don't take the order because you think they are yours". ?She gave me one order and did not want to give me my other order because she said that she had already given it to me. The rude employee forgot that she threw away the drink she had already prepared for me. She had to prepared my order again. Insane

The service was awful, I ordered a pink drink (which they didn’t even have) so I ordered a dragon drink instead, I told them that I didn’t want lemonade or coconut milk, that I wanted sweet cream, the girl who in fact was not kind told me that that was not what was on the ticket so I asked her to please change it for me, after changing it they give me a drink without ice, poorly mixed and with very little mango juice, terrible service, no one was nice in that store.

The kids wanted to go shopping at the mall, so I let them go shop and in sat and enjoyed an iced Carmel machiato. Normally, this starbucks is packed, but i got lucky. I was in an out fast and the staff was really nice.
