I have worked as a barista in a coffee shop and i know how busy it would get sometimes and i know all kinds of milks and kind of drinks baristas make.
I had ordered a white mocha latte with **oat milk** and the barista has accidentally added 2% milk for about 40% and then filled up the cup with oat milk for the rest and handed me the cup.
I asked her that is it made fully with oat milk as i have seen her adding 2% milk for some part of the drink .she denied it and told me she made it oat milk that too rudely.
I don’t have any allergies to dairy,so i took my drink without asking again as I don’t want to argue.
Even if i consume the drink,I wouldn’t get sick because i don’t have any allergies. But what about people with allergies ? You guys need to be good people before being baristas and people are paying extra for special kind of milks and any alterations- because thats the way they wanted , either because of health issues or because of their taste.you need to respect that and do not deny your mistakes, instead learn from your mistakes , apologize for your mistakes and let the guest feel good - do not lie.
Because just a minor lie can cause major health issues.please keep that in mind.

Looks like I should've read the reviews before coming to this location. I stopped because it was the closest to me yesterday. Walking in well after 10a.m. go to put my order in and no cashier, you'd think the baristas in front would at least say something but you guessed it NOTHING. Finally the cashier emerges and takes my order, I waited another almost 10-15 minutes before I finally received my drink(Carmel Ribbon Crunch)and it was TERRIBLE. I see why I didn't get a receipt. Never again and fyi a lot of the 1 star reviews are spot on!
Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The staff isn’t friendly, and when I scanned my app to redeem points for a sandwich she said they don’t accept it right now?! I go to Starbucks every day and never had that happen. So I bought it, after receiving my drink I waited at least 15-20 more min for my sandwich which the girl tossed onto the table without even saying a word….and mind you there was only a handful of people even in the Starbucks!

The employee here with few exceptions are some of the rudest people. I usually always order from Dunkin’ Donuts, but decided to give Starbucks a try and due to the experience I’ve had with this particular Starbucks I will stick with Dunkin’ Donuts. It is beyond my comprehension that Customer Service representatives get away with behaving so rudely.

Do not recommend...was able to make my whole order paid...then was told they only had cup carrier for 2 cups and would have to put them in bags... ordered 2 pup cups..after I was at the window had my order.then was told they where out of whipped cream .and that was the whole reason i go there...girl at window..was kinda of snotty.."hope thats fine" no it's not..drinks in the bag not closed.. split

So we went through the drive through ordered a couple of drinks and some pup cups. Waited until we were paid out to say they didn’t have any whip cream at all? Crazy. Not only that the drinks looked like dog throw up overfilled with ice so it just watered everything down and then put the drinks into a bag with a cup holder WITH TOPS THAT WERENT PUT ON CORRECTLY SO THERE WAS LIQUID LITERALLY ALL OVER THE BAG! this has got to be THE WORST ALL OVER SERVICE IN THE 3 YEARS WE HAVE BEEN COMING HERE EVERY SINGLE SUNDAY. it’s obvious to say we will never be coming back here again
