As a business owner that spend a lot of my free time in Tampa I stay at the western hotel I've never had a problem but visiting Starbucks 04/14/25 7:55a.m. Elvis an employee at Starbucks was so rude it made me feel very uncomfortable another employee stepped in to serve me just disrespectful never will I spend my monies at this location

I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for a while now and I have to say it’s hands down the best one I’ve ever been to. Every single employee, from the baristas to the manager, has been incredibly kind and attentive. They always go above & beyond to make sure my drink is made right. On multiple occasions, when a drink wasn’t made right from another Starbucks, they’ve fixed it without hesitation. I truly appreciate how sweet and welcoming everyone is.

This is the first time I have ordered from this location. This was the worst experience we've ever had at Starbucks. During our visit, Older Caucasian men, likely a manager with an accent, was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Additionally, a young lady working during the same shift was also unprofessional. I have encountered discrimination from older Caucasian men, most likely a manager with an accent from Starbucks, which left me feeling very disappointed. Starbucks at Westin will be the last place I go to again. It's time for this man to be fired! His behavior was uncalled for. What a disgrace!

Unfortunately this is the only close Starbucks and there is only one good person who works there. Everyone else acts like they’ve never even stepped foot in a Starbucks, constantly messing up the most basic drinks, heaven forbid you want to customize something. They can’t even get the food right. Burning it, giving me the completely wrong item, not cutting the sandwiches. This is ridiculous.
