I’ve been going here for the 4 years I’ve lived here. Everyone working out front has been amazing. I wish I knew names so I could mention them.

I recently picked up a coffee, realized it had a random cartoon drawn on it, and was confused. Looked into it. Apparently Starbucks is now requiring employees to “draw”(???) on the cups to make stores more favorable. Wtaf.

Baristas are the ones who keep this company in business. I’ll keep coming back bc I appreciate these workers (and love the coffee).

But Starbucks, if you ever worry about customer satisfaction, look at your management. Stop using your baristas as your scapegoats.

I work remotely, so when I decide to get out of the house, this is my go to spot to work. The location is spacious and refined, but my favorite part about this Starbucks is everyone who works here. They are all so accommodating, friendly, and welcoming - and they always go above and beyond. Couldn't thank them enough for the great experience I have every time I come here.

I paid for my coffee with a gift card. It said approved. The person at the counter tells me it didn’t go through. I slide it again, it says approved. She tells me it didn’t go through again. The gift card number wasn’t working for me to show her the transactions. So I left because I’m not paying for the same coffee 3 times.

I’ve been living on the island for quite a while, and I can’t understand why this particular Starbucks serves cappuccinos with less than half a cup filled. I travel a lot and often drink coffee at Starbucks in different countries, but I’ve never seen anything like this anywhere else. They make so much foam that the actual drink ends up sitting just at the bottom.

Why even offer a large cup if it’s practically empty? It’s convenient to stop by here for coffee, but it’s really disappointing that they seem to be cutting corners on the coffee itself. Hopefully, the manager will read this and take it seriously.

Mobile order took 2-3x the estimated range (almost 20 mins); meanwhile I watched people walk up to the cashier, order the same exact drink, and leave well before I got mine. When I pointed this out to the barista they acted as if I were being unreasonable. No apology for the issue was offered. Avoid this location!

Edit: I spoke w/manager (Mars) and she was sincerely apologetic about my last experience, so raising this from one star.

Drinks suck at this Starbucks

I go to starbucks all around tampa and somehow the drinks here are always significantly worse than if I get the exact same order at another Starbucks. No matter how many extra shots it always just tastes like water/milk and half the time they dont even fill the drink to the top.

A cappuccino is made of espresso and milk texturized to a microfoam, not bubble bath. Also, if it is too hot, by the time you can drink it all foam is gone and what you drink is caffe latte. Now, if I order a cappuccino, that’s what I want to experience right now, not tomorrow when hopefully the drink won’t scorch my mouth.

Dec 2024. Excellent service! Parking garage underground is free for 2 hours so you can take a walk around the marina.

Parking: Bathroom is in the building outside of Starbucks, well maintained.

Quiet nice place to spend some relaxing time and enjoy delicious food and drink.
Danish cheese and iced peach tea with lemonade... SO YUMMY!!!!
