My experience at Starbucks on 2/17 was beyond frustrating. At 9:00 AM, the white woman with brown hair working the drive-thru screen completely failed to acknowledge me when it was my turn to order. The line kept moving, and by the time I realized she’d skipped me, I’d already wasted 15 minutes waiting. When I politely asked to place my order at the window, she rudely dismissed me with a smirk, saying, “You have to get back in line,” without a shred of accountability. Zero empathy, zero effort to fix *her* mistake. Abysmal customer service. Management needs to review the footage from that morning and address this—her attitude is unacceptable. She knows exactly what she did. Never dealing with this location again.

Amazing experience. Went through the drive thru window and went inside. The manager Halsey is phenomenal and very kind. Jordan at the drive thru was also amazing. Highly recommend.

Good food, bad coffee and employees that don't want to be there. Took them 3 tries to make a decaf coffee.

The new employees are incompetent and extremely slow. Waited 22 minutes for a drip coffee with cream and vanilla . I got it and it was 210 degrees . Nearly boiling . Not sweet at all. Hardly any cream. I come here daily for 15 years. I am switching locations now.

Let me start off by saying I have been dealing with Starbucks for several years and I started going to this location maybe about 6months now since I switch jobs when I first got there, the staff speaks everybody’s in a good mood and so maybe maybe two months ago I had got a bad protein box so I called the one 800 number and I told them about the protein box being bad and they refund my money and I guess they contacted the store manager so ever since that day she doesn’t speak everybody else in the store speaks, but she does not so the reason why I’m making this review today I placed an order for a caramel macchiato and I waited in the lobby. They told me about 10 minutes and which is fine. Everybody else drinks they called their name, but when my drink came up, the manager put the drink on the counter and just walked away she didn’t call my name. She knows my name when I come in. They always say hey Earl they always speak for some reason. She has an attitude and I don’t understand why but I would never go to that location again because at the end of the day Starbucks gave me nothing everything I have ever earned from Starbucks I paid for.. I’m disappointed

I love this store I stop in often. The team is awesome and always ready to expedite service.
I love how they prepare my drinks. They always work together to get everyone in and out with rush. Even the drive thru is not bad at all on wait time. Great job guys keep it up!

Scammed me for my gift card money. She charged me for 2 pink drinks $5.64 x 2 = $11.28. Gift card had $10.78. And theres where the $.50 she ask me for....and she went to hand me the drinks and 1 of drinks was the wrong so i gave it back and she said after the gift card u owe $.50 cents. I paid the $.50 cent. then she said i only charged u for 1 drink. I said what? Then why did u just hand me 2 drinks. She said her mistake. I said ok just charge the gift card again cause there should be a blance. She said its $0.00 i said no there was $10. And some chg on there. So inpaid with my debit card for thenother drink just to get out the line. I called the gift card and she chg my gift card 2 different times .

Females on duty bullied me because I honked at the guy in line in front of me for being parked at the entrance of the drive thru. The staff was rude to me and I was on the verge of tears. They said my drink was free when I called to ask why the lady kept pointing at me and making nasty faces out of the drive through window as I was in line. Then i get up to the window and find out that they lied telling me the drink was free just to cover the fact that they were bullying me. I suffer from PTSD AND CPTSD. The manger told me she really didn’t care and to cal starbucks corporate. Cheers

So I gave this a five star because it was clean efficient and had very friendly staff. However the atmosphere was not really to my taste.- think corporate utilitarian. In my personal opinion the design could use some work because I definitely did not feel relaxed . This was my first time in a Starbucks and probably my last . Foxtail is more relaxing. All in all though I would say Starbucks has decent coffee and yummy pastries.
