Hello,
I placed a mobile order yesterday morning for a sausage and cheese sandwich. The sandwich typically includes egg, but I have an egg allergy, so I customized the order to remove it. The order ticket clearly indicated “no egg,” but when I opened the sandwich, it still contained egg.
Unfortunately, I was unable to return to the store as I had a meeting upstairs, so the order went to waste. I also attempted to call the location, but there was no answer, and I couldn’t report the issue through the app.
This is the third time I’ve experienced this issue at this location, and I wanted to bring it to your attention. I would appreciate if this could be looked into, as I’d like to be able to order safely in the future.

5 stars and plus. It's sad to say not every Starbucks provides service like this one. 10 stars for Janaes personality. Dealing with people visiting others in the hospital must be tough but janae knows hot to make a smile. I want to come here on my way to work just to see her. Thank you for such a positive experience and the laughter!!!^_^

Management needs to give the person calling out orders that are ready a microphone because with all the people talking and the music playing, you can't hear your name or order. The workers speak too softly. I gave them my name to call out and the girl didn't even call it so I was sitting there for 15 minutes thinking my order wasn't ready. All this money being made for coffee you should have a better system Starbucks!

Even though they are great at multi tasking, The time frame to make drinks is still not acceptable. Today I ordered my drink 32 minutes before I needed to pick it up and it was still not ready.

Almost 50 minutes waiting for my order and they had only prepared one of the 3 coffees and when I asked to change it because it was already cold and I asked how long it would take, they treated me very rudely, I think it's the store manager.Also, I don't understand if you order several coffees, they don't finish the entire order before starting other orders, it's very unpleasant, it looks like a street market, everyone piled up waiting for orders for a very long time.The prices are very high and that is already known, but on top of that you have to put up with a bad character and bad faces, I do not recommend it at all.

The crew in shift this minute at this location did a phenomenal job. One was multitasking taking orders on to registers. Orders came quickly, and even the manager was in the floor helping move things along. At TGH so it’s not a large Starbucks. Not much space for more that getting your order, eating/drinking, and lvn. Props to the staff. Job well done!

They can never get it together just for two things That's already pre-made. Only have to warm up they come out several times because they always forget about the order. The wait is ridiculous I have to come to the counter several times because they have forgotten No excuse. It's easiest job in the world. Get it together get more people train better
