Went in and it took 23 minutes and 3 attempts to get one of my drinks right it was a late with whip that they couldn’t get right. They never called out our name all our food was cold from sitting there. And had to find the help when left sitting there waiting for someone to assist us. Yes it was busy but there where 7 partners on the floor and only one had a sense of urgency the rest where all miserable they had to be there. They also forgot to write on cups and the shift supervisor Sarah had attitude not only to us, but other customers ordering there drinks.

Bought a caramel ribbon crunch at this location this morning. There was no whip cream or crunch in the beverage, we have to ask for them to add whipped cream after we received the drink back, there was caramel all over the outside of the cup. The drink also tasted horrible. I would expect better quality from this location.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks mainly before work for almost 2 yrs and it is ALWAYS GREAT AMAZING SERVICE! The staff are sweet and have amazing vibes! I’m not sure who is writing on the cups but thank you! I really appreciate it! Makes me day even brighter😊

We used to live in the townhomes next door & loved walking over for a quick sip. We now visit this location whilst our son is in jujitsu classes across the street from 7-8pm. We love it. It's almost as though we have the café to ourselves because it's usually just us and one other set of people and some tricklers. We are quite impressed with the employees. Each one is still active and friendly, serving us just as if it were morning. Last night, the young gentleman running the register was so, so kind. I'm sure his mother is proud of him. They were all very responsible working their butts off to restock the café as they had a football promotion that emptied them out from SundaytMonday! Good for them! Thank you for the wonderful experience! Keep it up!
The food is standard chain food. Food rating for the entire Starbucks chain. It doesn't taste good to me. But you can eat. The coffee is good. And most importantly the staff. The guys are great. Very polite and friendly. Service is fast.

Always a nice place to come for coffee. I came in to meet some clients to get some real estate documents signed. The coffee was great and the environment quiet with some nice background music. Afterwards, it was easy to find an outlet to plug in my computer and scanner and Wi-Fi to send you emails and get some work done before hitting the road again

It is an hour before closing and they wouldn't accept cash in drive through. It's crazy that they take their cash registers an hour before closing.
