If you're a woman alone, avoid spending more than 30 minutes in this Starbucks. There's a guy in a green hat who berates women if they decide they don't want to talk to him and the employees don't seem to do anything about him.

I am a Starbucks frequent flier. My normal location is under renovation so I’ve been coming to this one in the meantime. This starbucks is genuinely the worst location I’ve ever been to. They are so slow. Even if I’m the only person in line, I’ll wait at least 10 minutes. I get being busy but every time I’ve been it hasn’t been crazy. My normal location is usually slammed and my coffee is always ready for me when I get to the window. Besides being slow, they are not friendly at all. What makes my normal location so great is that all of the baristas are so nice and friendly. They are totally the opposite here. Not rude, but definitely make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them for being there. I can’t wait til my regular location opens back up.

Selena was rude as usual so I finally decided to write a review. She clearly hates her job. I’ve never used my Starbucks app points to get a free drink before, but I noticed some of them were about to expire, so I decided to use them. I wasn’t quite sure how the process worked to redeem them through the app so I went inside. I spoke with Selena at the register and she was not helpful, rude, and even rolled her eyes. She had zero patience. I typically tip very well as I am a former food and beverage employee. No tip was given to say the least. Get her customer service training ASAP!

I'd give them 5 stars if the prices weren't absolutely outrageous. Comfortable environment and nice outdoor sitting area. Employees were friendly, and I got my order quickly. Once my gift card is used up I won't be coming here any more... the drinks are good but too expensive for what they are. You can get similar drinks from almost anywhere these days at half the price or even less.

A word of caution if you mobile order here in the way to work, school, etc., they’re almost always running significantly behind the estimated pickup window. In my experience, I almost always have to ask where my order is, and I really try to be polite about it because the baristas are of course also working the line, but they are always very rude. There will also almost almost be 5+ people waiting for mobile orders for over 10 minutes. I understand the shop is very busy and I’m sure the staff are doing their best, but it’s gotten ridiculous at this location. Aside from that, the coffee is consistent with Starbucks quality.

Stunning. Incredible. Best coffee I ever had. Morning of 2/15/2024 I had ordered a grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew with cold foam thinking it would be like any other morning. Little did I know it would change the entire trajectory of my life as I knew it. I had never had a coffee quite like it. Perfectly crafted. Will never go to another Starbucks. 100/10. Fantastic.

Usually I don’t have a problem with service, today, it wasn’t the best. I ordered a tall and I got charged for a grande, then I asked for a water but one of the employees completely forgot about it.

Worst location I have ever been. Walked inside to order because the drive thru is insane and blocks roads and stop signs and 20 mins later after watching soooo many walk ins thinking their drink was ready and it wasn’t. I tried to cancel my order but that was a process. So I just left. 20 mins and no drink. One drink. That’s all I wanted.

I recently had a hip replacement & it's difficult getting in & out of my car, & dragging a walker in & out as well.I ordered a drink in hopes of picking up this year's Xmas cup. The drive thru was VERY slow (like 15 mins to window w/ 4 customers). When I got to the window, i asked about getting a cup & the girl didn't even know what I was talking about. Trip to manager...."policy is I have to come in to get it". Explained situation & I've always been able to get one in the window b4. Another trip to the mgr...."they can't hold up the line to show me what they have". My usual store has a great display in the window so drive thru customers can buy their merch. Doesn't this make sense?? This used to be my go to store, but no more. One locations mistake is another locations profit.
