The people working are so busy talking amongst each other playing around. They can’t ever get an order right takes forever to get through the line. When you get up to the window waiting for your order, you see them all applying and joking then when you try to get their attention they walk away from while people are honking because it’s taking forever. Do better Starbucks get yourself some new employees that actually want to work

Terrible service, I have been to this place several times, the first few times there was no problem, and then one time I went and ordered a coffee and an iced lemon loaf, 6 they only gave me the iced lemon loaf and they didn't write down that I ordered coffee, I didn't say anything because they were very busy, today I went again I ordered two iced lemon loafs and they only gave me one, I told the girl that I ordered two and she told me that she had one that was a little broken and that she was giving it to me for free, and she didn't even ask the girl who took my order if I ordered two or one and she only told me that and she gave me that iced lemon loaf which was broken and according to her she was giving it to me for free when I already paid for it, I left that place angry and I didn't say anything else, I will never go back to that place again.

I come here very often. The most of the time the restroom is closed which is very uncomfortable.

I regularly come here. But then the person named Dalia (she mentioned when I have asked) did not even allow me to use washroom unless I buy something. Funny part is her mentioning its company policy. Finally had to buy one. God bless 😁

We had an apartment in this complex so we were always at Starbucks and getting something. The recording went smoothly and the coffee was delicious as usual.

Worst experience ever in a Starbucks. The front barista had a horrible tone of voice and attitude with me. She refused to use my mobile coupon out of plain laziness. I did not want to tip her 20% but the credit card machine was stuck on 20%!! What a scam of a store!! Watch out people!
I also asked the rude barista to please make it less sweet and take one pump out of my order and she did not make it a special order. When I entered this Starbucks it was not busy so she had no reason to be rude and not make mistakes.

I stopped here for a coffee and use the restroom on my way to the train station and the restroom was locked. I asked for the key and I got the snippy little bit. It comes up and says that they are for paying customers only. Which would have been fine but she didn’t even ask m wanted to drink she just assumed I waiting on line to ask for the restroom. So careful going into that location because the employees are usually a direct reflection of the management.

The utter disrespect of this Starbucks was incomprehensible to me I was not allowed to wash my hands before dining in the person named Alex nor the manager were understanding about my wishes to wash my hands before eating or making any cash transactions as it is known to lead to sickness obviously this place is a health hazard since it is a requirement of all dining restaurants to have restrooms and sinks available for guests

Huge line. Tons of people waiting. Staff with a bad attitude and a sign with bad language at the pickup location. Oh don’t forget that they want you to add a 20% tip to a $6 cup of coffee.

3/17/2024 6:45 am "Terrible" the batista was very rude and crude.Would like to see improvement. When they are like that no matter what effort is made by management it would not make it better. The only thing with some one like that is to terminate. She is from "Compton" I think and should be placed back in the can for more reform. She is a liar, cheat and thief. She is rude, crude and socially incompetent. It seems no matter how many complaints are issued forth the management has not been able to correct the person, the only option is terminate the tur#.Thank you!
