Horrible customer service!! Terrible terrible! We were all outside at a table when the black lady had the audacity to come up to me, my husband, and another person we were meeting to tell us we ALL needed to buy something in order to stay there. I had already gotten a drink and if they were thinking of getting one I’m sure after that they didn’t want to buy one. I will definitely stay away from this location, it is not an inviting Starbucks. Not what I’m used to.

Very bad service stor not clean the woman didn’t use gloves when she made my food then she made me wrong sandwich I didn’t ask for it when I asked to change it nice and polite she call 911 and the police came and ask me to leave the store. I’m not sure why she did that because I don’t want to eat something I didn’t ask for it??

I called this Starbucks to request a remake for a drink that wasn’t made correctly. The gentleman who answered was kind, took my name, and invited me to come in for a remake great customer service. Then suddenly, a woman named Nikki jumped on the call and rudely said, “He can’t just offer free drinks like that,” and accused me of asking for the manager (which I hadn’t). Her tone was unprofessional, and when I asked for her name, she hung up on me.
I went to the store to speak with her directly and told her calmly that her behavior toward me and her coworker was unacceptable. Her only response: “Thank you, bye,” before walking off.
She clearly needs customer service training. Thankfully, the initial employee was respectful and handled the situation well, but Nikki’s behavior left a very negative impression.

I work 2 blocks from this location I go there at 6:30am every other day. Nikki, Delia or which ever barista is there as soon as they see me walk in they are cheerful, friendly, welcoming. They know exactly what I drink and how I drink it. I have never had a complaint. It is one of the cleanest Starbucks I have seen. By the time I scan my app my drink or food is done and ready to go. Keep up the good work Ms. Nikki see you all Monday morning.

I was visiting on vacation and found this location walking distance from hotel. The Manager who was a lady was super nice and attentive to our needs and others who entered the store. She has good team as she seemed to be training. Give her a raise.

The cleaning staff prohibited me from using the restroom because “I already mopped”. Employee training required at this location.
NIKI went out her way to help a customer in distressed and also she was engaging in the activities of the store
