Worst experience I’ve ever had with a Starbucks. This is the second time I’ve waited an hour for 1 drink and 1 sandwich on a mobile order. It’s the same two people working and they are so rude. Ask for them to cancel my order and got told to call corporate. On top of that they’ve been out of most holiday drinks since before thanksgiving with no eta on a restock.

Usually Starbucks across the board is a great experience, unfortunately today December 4th 2025 at 12:50 the following was observed: this store did not have any food options, the staff taking orders did not seem like they knew what they were doing, they messed up my order and gave me a grande instead of a venti. When I got my drink I notified the staff of the mistake and they were very short with me. They remade the drink in the correct size, but the drink doesnt look correct, as I have ordered the drink in the past, and it tastes off.

Whoever manages this store need to be more involved with training and their staff. If you aren't able to, then you should find a new job.

This Starbucks has had staffing issue for the last year I have been going here. They need more manpower or more efficient making of orders . It can take 20 minutes to just get a latte and this has been the case for quite a while

Orders are prepared forever. Never updating their availability of food or drink on the app. If you order in person you will be waiting 35-40 minutes for a green tea, not even a complicated order.
I ordered a food item that costs 8$ to come for a pick up and was told that they don't have it. And with a smile on her face like it was funny, the girl told me that I should call corporate to initiate a refund.
This is not the first time.
Nobody knows how to apologize for messing up or for any sort of misunderstanding, they just get rude and stare at you with a frozen face.

Every time I give a chance to this location, but its a last time I visit this location, I would rather drive outside of the base 10 min longer. But I bet management do not care if they loose customers. I've been at this base for 3 years and nothing has changed.

I really don’t like writing poor reviews but rude service. The two female employees tried to pretend they didn’t even see me as they continued to stock the shelf’s. I am not talking about finishing what they were doing they kept avoiding looking up and grabbing more to do. There was no one in line in front or back of me they just wanted each other to take the order and neither one of them were willing to drop what they were doing to do it. Stood there awkwardly for a good 7 min Didn’t take my name yelled my coffee out when the other tosses me a bagel with no cream cheese so I asked for the cream cheese and she smugly said I said I am getting it now have a nice day.

I always get a cortado with one stevia added by the barista. I’ve ordered it all over the country and here. It allows the stevia to dissolve into the espresso and not have to stir it in. Today, the barista refused and stated they didn’t add sugar or sweeteners and the customer had to use the self-service bar. No chance to even hand her a stevia. I’ve never had this response before and the barista was curt and rude in her interaction. That’s not the Starbucks standard for customer engagement. Also, the short cups should always be double cupped as a sleeve doesn’t fit. The staff needs better training at this location.

MacDill Starbucks. Must have base access. Usually pretty clean and quick with orders. I stop in at least once a month to grab a drink or sandwich and have only had 1 issue in 3 years.
