Recently met Michie at CITI Starbucks Tampa. She has really heard the order nice, helped to serve good food with lot of patience as there are more customisation with lot of smile on face. She has helped to select coffee mug as well. Excellent example of customer service and she is really an asset to Starbucks.
During our last stay (separate review - rated 1 out 5), the coffee was so poor in the room (was fine in the breakfast buffet area), my wife had to go down to the attached Starbucks (right off the lobby inside the Embassy Suites) to get some good coffee. Starbucks was its usual good consistency and good and friendly customer service.
We stopped in here every morning while staying at the hotel. We would rather have Starbucks than hotel coffee. The employees were always nice, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this Starbucks.
