We struggled to find anything vegan to eat in this airport but starbucks always comes in clutch with their bagels and avocado spreads. Their drinks though were pretty rubbish - we had to go back and ask for more coffee because our latte seemed to be just milk and nothing else.

Horrible experience on Christmas no less. Waited over 30 minutes for coffee for my wife and I as they managed to provide service to everyone in front and in back of me and then cursed me out in Spanish when I expressed my discontent with their poor service. Barely made my flight because of this Starbucks. No apologies, no ownership of the lack of communication or teamwork, just an angry manager trying to justify poor planning, poor team management, poor communication and poor collaboration when I engaged them about the extremely long wait. I will never buy anything from this location again. I would recommend hiring people that want to work at the location, hiring a manager that knows how to build and manage teams and training staff not to openly discriminate against people and then curse them out when they are called on the carpet.

TERRIBLE! Not the Starbucks experience you are accustomed to. The cashier was very friendly but oh the 4 baristas were not! There was one coffee missing from my order and with my receipt, trying explain not one cared. They just kept walking away with the eye roll. I’ll go without coffee next time. Also getting a drink holder was next to impossible. Just rude!

I cannot speak for all times but at 7:30pm on a Sunday, the staff was phenomenal! The barista was so sweet and personable and very fast. They made my drink to perfection!

Ok its 3rd time in a month, why this lady is there every time. She make worst coffee, spoiling Starbucks brand, hot coffee not hot enough, cold coffee same coffee everytime different taste, nothing tastes like Starbucks in town. Plz do something, I travel early morning need some good coffee at tampa airport..

Three employees on site, cashier was friendly and efficient. While the other two employees were just standing around, doing stuff and almost falling asleep at work.Waited a good 10-15 minutes for the order with several other customers, finally the cashier came to help and it went faster.The other two people should be fired.

The food and drinks were good, as usual, but we waited in line for 40 minutes. Four girls working behind the counter and only one (serving food) was actually working. The other three were talking and sipping their drinks. No concern at all for the line of customers.

Super slow…don’t order if you’re need to catch a flight anytime soon. 4 people working, one person making drinks. No sense of urgency.

Horrible service. Coffee took 10 minutes. Attitude from the young barista. Had to throw away my drink. Too cold and foamy. There is a better coffee shop near the TSA. Avoid. Next time I will check the reviews. Horrible reviews and employees with attitudes. My mistake. I have learned

They had no ingredients to make anything everything I wanted was sold out. What kind of store it sold out of everything. Service suck. Took 20 mins for a drink and it looks like someone barfed in my drink. I saw a worker spit in my drink and they didn’t even use gloves. So unsanitary. Never coming back

employee lied to my face. i saw you put 7 pumps in the coffee. i counted. dont tell me you put 4 and act like im inconveniencing you to ask for it to be adjusted. terrible staff.
