Every single time I come to this location the staff are just rude. The other location I go to they close earlier now so I’ll just have to stop getting coffee from here. Thanks.

Surprisingly bad service.
this lady was not the normal Starbucks good service that I am used to. She had a bad attitude from the start. She crumbled up my napkins. She didn’t say thank you or your welcome at all. She had a stink look on her face.
Her name was Ayada or something.
She should not be working the window.

I’ve tried to give this location so many chances. Today was just not it and I’m done. The team wasn’t very welcoming for one. We ordered a short flat white with a stevia. The person at the register charged us for a tall. Which I didn’t want because the milk to espresso ratio is off for me. Same amount of shots, but a shot gives me less milk. That’s why I order a short.
When I saw that it was a tall. I asked the barista at the bar, “hey, I know it says tall. I didn’t want a tall. I wanted a short, can you please remake it?” He looked at me and said, “That’s not what the ticket says.” I told him, “I get that, but I did ask for a short. He charged me for the wrong drink.”
He then proceeded to remake it with the wrong kind of milk and no stevia.
It’s annoying because I also work at a Starbucks. I understand being understaff. I understand how to treat a customer and how to remake an order because it’s not that hard. It’s assuming the best in others and that means the customer.
I also understand the recipe cards too and what should go into each drink.
This store isn’t consistent. The drinks flip flop all over the place. Come on. You’re also not trying with the customer connection by a simple smile and “Welcome in.”
I would drive by and go to another store because this one won’t change.

I used to love these frappicinos. Something has changed..too liquidity. Ice shortage? Something. This confirms my fears. Same at the two other stores

I love this location, everyone is nice. But today, Josh definitely deserves a shining star. I was going to try a Venti Iced Chocolate Cream Cold Brew… but I asked for a suggestion for something cold, sweet, strong, and with oat milk. Josh’s suggestion was his go to, and this specialty mix is soooo delicious! Thank you Josh, you’re AMAZING!!!

Super slow service
Slowest service people on the planet. 4 cars in drive through takes 15-20 minutes.
This is worse then a chic fil a.
