Everyone is always nice even when they are really busy. If I’ve ever had an issue with my drink they don’t mind remaking it or adding more almond milk. Most of the employees know me by name which is nice. I also know most of the employees by their name too. This is by far my favorite store!!

We were the only customers to be waited on. The three workers couldn't be bothered because they were too busy having conversations back n forth on the headsets to each other. When we asked to purchase the pound cakes in the display we were told no, those were for tomorrow. The cashier was rude and disrespectful. We get much better service at Dunkin and Mom and Pop coffee shops.

This is the only starbucks I've had horrible experiences at multiple times now. Employees are rude and drinks are poorly made. It's worth driving a couple of minutes to a different store.

Drinks and food are always good, but I think they changed the accessibility for the WiFi. I used to get an hour or two of work done here and now the wifi acts like it connects, but never does.

This is the Starbucks near our home but we can't go there. They screw up our order almost every time and the drinks usually are not right, which is hard when you pay $6 for a coffee. We just stopped going there altogether and go to the further one in front of Target on Himes. Too bad. This location is so much more convenient for us, but its just throwing money away going there.

Visited on 2/13 I ordered 2 drinks on mobile app since it was fastest way. I ordered 2 drinks both with cream foam. However, as I arrived I received both drink with no foam at all. I wasted my time waiting for them to remake one of my drink. Even though, there were many crew member working. One was making our drink and the other guy (2 nose piercings) keep texting on his phone at the window. No wonder why I received the wrong drinks :(

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. My family and I waited over 10 minutes inside the store to place an order, even though there were no other customers present—just four workers who completely ignored us. It felt like we were invisible.
After we started complaining, they finally took our order: two cappuccinos and one peppermint mocha. To their credit, they gave us the peppermint mocha for free, but when we left and tasted the drinks, one of the cappuccinos turned out to be just milk—no coffee at all!
This level of service is unacceptable. I felt disrespected and undervalued as a customer. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service and drink preparation
