Went there for the first time and went thru the drive thru the two girls that took my order were amazing they deserve a raise they were so pleasant and so nice 🙂

They need to be more attentive when preparing orders. My husband went to pick up a mobile order that I made and they gave him the wrong product. He let them know, but since he didn't have the receipt, they didn't want to change it. He got home and had to go back to the store to get the product changed because they actually gave me the wrong product and I had the receipt as proof.

Grossest coffee I have ever had in my life. It’s Starbucks, You can’t screw it up. Major training needed at this location for the baristas. I will not go back to this location, today was the last straw for me.

this spot is awesome!!! Isaiah really hooked me up with my drink... I got a venti brown sugar shaken espresso with cold foam and it's like the first time someone made me drink right! The staff here is awesome. Tati really took care of me and made sure i was happy with what i ordered. This spot is also super clean. No cup rings on ANY tables. Truly surprised by my visit today. Thanks guys!

This has to be the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I rarely frequent this establishment even though I am local and live less than 5 minutes from there. I have had guest visit me - my mom, aunt and cousin -over the last week and they love a good afternoon coffee. My mom visited 3 days in a row and went through the drive through for our 2 coffees and waited over 30 minutes each time. She mom noted that Isaiah was very friendly at the window, but the wait time is just unacceptable. My aunt arrived yesterday and went today to get myself and my cousin a coffee today and decided to go in to look at the merch. An order for 3 coffees took 40 minutes to receive. This is just unacceptable. She was furious when she returned home with the coffee as those working were mostly chatting with one another and not actually making the coffee. She noted that it seemed like social hour rather then work. There were more than enough workers to have made the drinks in less than 5 minutes. The lack of service from Starbucks is surprising, disappointing and unacceptable. This is just not what we are use to! Do better!

Well, there is always a first. I love Starbucks and you can check my app I spend 20 to 30 dollars a day at Starbucks. Walked here from my hotel and asked for a bag because I am walking. Two Trenta drinks and was given the bag by the girl and a 4 cup holder. I started to rip slowly the cup holder into a two cup insert and the girl at the drive through window can see me and with attitude says to me “I rather you didn’t do that’ I reply it’s all good I did it already.
First time Starbucks!
Just got back from the Philippines and Starbucks service there is even what I am use too. Over priced drinks are ok if it great service.

I was very displeased because I was at the window in the drive thru for 4 minutes for 1 iced matcha drink. The barista walked off and didn’t see my drink until it had been sitting for several minutes. Every time I come here the drive thru takes unreasonably long even if there are no other cars. Needs improvement

Everyone is always nice even when they are really busy. If I’ve ever had an issue with my drink they don’t mind remaking it or adding more almond milk. Most of the employees know me by name which is nice. I also know most of the employees by their name too. This is by far my favorite store!!

We were the only customers to be waited on. The three workers couldn't be bothered because they were too busy having conversations back n forth on the headsets to each other. When we asked to purchase the pound cakes in the display we were told no, those were for tomorrow. The cashier was rude and disrespectful. We get much better service at Dunkin and Mom and Pop coffee shops.

This is the only starbucks I've had horrible experiences at multiple times now. Employees are rude and drinks are poorly made. It's worth driving a couple of minutes to a different store.
