I love the Starbucks because of Anthony, he helped me out very much and made my day way better than it was. I was having a really sad day and Anthony made it way better for me. He's definitely a keeper

I've done alot of my professional work writing at Starbucks over the years, most frequently the location on South Howard and Bay to Bay in South Tampa, Florida. My rating here has nothing to do with the service, or for that matter, the product. Instead it has to do with the internet at the S. Howard location. It's time to step up, Starbucks, and actually get a wi-fi set up that matches the time we're in. Wifi at this location has worked 1 time for me in the last 5 weeks. 1 time out of, let's just say, 50 times. (That's a lot of times to try...patience is wearing thin.) Please, get this fixed. Please, spare the excuses. It's wi-fi. Time to spend some money?

Making a quick stop and seen that there was only one employee and that employee was awesome.Was multitasking and took out order quickly and accurately.He made the coffee to perfection.

Staff here was rude and entitled. Misgendered me numerous times by refusing to address me as a Sir when I clearly corrected their toxic inclusion language during ordering. Staff didn't bother removing food from supplier bags, just dropped it in the Starbucks bag and handed it over. Coffee was cold and tasted like a flavor additive to the sugar syrup. They had the audacity to ask for a tip, so I visited the bathroom and found it was an absolute disaster after I finished taking a massive dump for their poor service and attitude. Avoid this location at all costs because I have a severe case of IBS and will be back.

Stumbling up to the counter for my 1st cup of coffee (At 60 years old, I need it) I was greeted by a very cheerful, friendly and enthusiastic young man named Alex. Everybody in the service, business and hospitality business could take a lesson from this kid. Service, with a smile, courteous, and polite. Made my drink perfectly, my wife’s was a bit too sweet and they happily remade her drink order. What a great and pleasant experience in this day of poor customer service.The whole staff was extremely pleasant, and this place runs like a well oil machine! Kudos to the managers of this Starbucks. Keep the caffeine coming and keep up the good work, you guys rock!

Second visit and ordered a bit of a complicated order. A customized Iced Shaken Espresso. Service is phenomenal..each visit the drink was ready before I arrived, which is great compared to other locations. The staff greeted me each time and was very friendly. Will definitely return.
