This location is always so dirty. The baristas arnt expected or trained to bus and wipe tables down. Every single trash can is always filled to the top while the batistas joke around. This isn't a one time occasion. Every single time I go to this starbucks the establishment looks like this. I don't know if they have a manager but that person needs to have higher expectations for their staff and implement better cleanliness. It takes two seconds to wipe a table, push in a chair, take the trash out, put soap in the soap dispenser for the bathrooms. All of that being missed. For being in a high-end part of town this Starbuck is not a good reflection.

I don’t know who runs this Starbucks but Camryn is absolutely KILLING IT!! Baby is giving 100% service with a smile. Remembering customers coffee orders, and all!! The Starbucks is pretty busy with people and she is hitting everything in quick time and A++ attitude. As someone who also works in the restaurant industry, all the props to her. Shoutout to the customers for acknowledging her busting butt too!! Give her a raise

Big fan of this store, recently. Lots of positive changes. The staff is friendly and efficient. There seems to be less disruptive customers. And, the best part, the store is always clean and quiet. The manager is absolutely on her game.

Chef Boyardee

I love this store! I've been coming here for about three years, and I usually visit twice a day. Over the past year, I've noticed some really positive changes. The cafe just about always immaculate, the staff is friendlier than ever, and I always have my order done lickety-split. The manager has really turned things around!

This is also one of the few stores I can go to where the staff makes sure that there is handicapped parking available. I really appreciate that, as I require a walking stick (it's a duck-themed staff; I named him Gerald!).

The only downside is that this place, like many others, no longer accepts sand dollars as a form of payment. Why call them sand dollars, then? Anyway, this place is great, and I hope things continue to go the way they are going. I want to extend my particular thanks to Chandler and Julia for their hard work. I would give them both several bushels of my precious snapper biscuits, but they are apparently worthless in this morally bankrupt city.

Management is all over the place, cafe is always trashed (especially outside), the other day there was blood on the floors and walls of the bathroom, the bar area is always dirty plus I got asked what my name was to locate my order by three to four different employees. Literally no communication amongst the staff, but once again that's due to the management.

Since the new manger Julia, the store seems to always be unorganized and new hires seem to lack the skill set necessary to make the store run smoothly. I’ve been coming for years and the few people that have been at this location for years are the only reason I come back.

Been coming to this Starbucks for many years and always clean, inviting, and has a nice chill vibe. As Starbucks go it’s definitely one of the nicer locations and stepping in is comfortable and familiar. Although they change up the interior periodically, somehow they always manage to reproduce a vibe consistent with the area and consistent with past iterations and sort of quintessentially Starbucks.

I mean; it’s a Starbucks what do you expect? It’s a small one at that but the service & vibes are great. Location is in heart of soho, super convenient to me as I live in the apartment next door.

This is the slowest Starbucks of all time. I come here weekly because it’s the closest to my work, but it’s always a 15 minute wait time. They need more staff and the staff need to be better trained. Half of the time staff are joking around and writing messages on cups when there’s 12 people waiting on drinks.
