No one greeted me, like they do at all other stores. When order was ready, the guy mumbled so low couldn’t even hear him and tossed it on the counter. It was dead silent in there except for the low hum of the machines. The egg was still frozen on my sandwich!

The guy working the drive-through was extremely rude. I had a mobile order for the drive-through That I placed right before I got there. As I was the only one in line, he proceeded to tell me that I needed to go inside to pick up my order because he can’t make my order in the drive-through because I just placed it on the app. Which I do almost every single time I go to Starbucks and have never had an issue before, the guy at the window was obviously just lazy. as I pulled up to the window because I was the only person in line, he had his hand & my drink out of the window. He was extremely rude and truly needs to be out of the hospitality industry because that is not how you treat a customer.

Guy making drinks doesn't pay any attention to the tickets. You'd think you'd get the right product when there's stickers telling you. Asked for a grande frozen. Got a tall refresher. Informed him it was suppose to be grande frozen he proceeds to roll his eyes and throw the refresher into a blender with ice. Way to half ass my drink!!!! I shouldn't have to ask for a product PAID for the be remade.... remade WRONG again. Come on Starbucks yall charge way to much to not be doing better.

Starbucks is one of my favorite brands. I went to this location as it was convenient to where I was running some errands. When I searched for a table, I had to grab some napkins to clear off the crumbs and food debris 🗑️ that was left from a prior customer. While I realize that the day can get hectic and the staff could become preoccupied with customers, I hope that this place makes it more of a priority to clear its tables and to maintain a healthier seating area. 🙏🧽🧹

This is the best Starbucks I’ve been to in awhile , not only is the customer service amazing they take pride in the quality of their coffee. This is the only Starbucks I’ve been to recently where they’ve given me exactly what I’ve asked for if not more . Wendy was so amazing it was nice to start my day off with so much positive energy. I’ll definitely be back again !❤️❤️❤️

This location needs to change their hours. On google and the Starbucks App. It says they’re open at 4:30am. I approached the door and they all stared at me then one finally came to the door and said they weren’t open yet that it was the drive through. I asked that what time the lobby was open because I needed to get work done and they said 5 or 5:30. Definitely not coming back to this location 0 stars

I ordered ahead and then waited inside for my order for TWENTY FIVE minutes. As I watched I counted 23 vehicles which joined the drive thru line, cycled through, and received their order. It's was like waiting in line at the DMV only for them to tell you to wait when it's finally your turn so they can answer the phone.

JAMES**!! Made my life easier! ❤️ this GUY at the front ! Never liked the people here. One Heavy set guy with black hair last year wouldn't heat my eggs up bcz I said, if you don't mind, could you heat my cold eggs you gave me? He walked away. I said hay? Can you? He said, you asked if I mind and I do. Threw away eggs & stale coffee that day & the Guy still here. Disappointed but, JAMES! Gotta come here just to see this man's positive energy ✨️& Asked me if I wanted my cinnamon bread toasted!! OMG ? ? ? What an experience ?. And my coffee was Perfect! Love JAMES guy at the front! Didn't make me yell for a bathroom code. ?% Liking this NOW!!
