Product is good - but there needs to be something done with the customer service and mobile ordering process.
I come in one day and I ordered when I was down the street on the app. It was less than 5 minutes I’ll admit, but I prefer the app. I get chastised at the drive thru screen because “your order just came in a minute ago” what’s the difference if i were to be ordering at the screen? Just make the drink and move on. Then when I get to the window it’s all sour faces.
I try again and this time I specifically order at my office knowing it was a 7 minute drive. I figure this is enough courtesy time to give and my app said pickup within 5-6 minutes.
I get to the store to get a similar hostility saying my order came in “just a minute ago” But my receipt says the order was at 9:31 and I picked up the drink at 9:39, so what’s going on with your system?
I don’t appreciate spending my money to be spoken to like I did something wrong. Mobile orders are part of the job. I can admit my part on the first visit, but this time I gave ample time and still got attitude and being spoken to like a burden versus a customer. I will just go elsewhere, where I am actually valued.

Very clean and conveniently located if at St Joseph's Hospital. Lots of parking, however if arriving or departing during rush hour, it's located at a very busy intersection!

I am a regular customer at this Starbucks and I come here almost every day, sometimes even twice a day. Normally, the service is good.
However, today I had a very unpleasant experience. I was helped by a woman I had not seen before, and she had a very bad attitude from the beginning. She took my order incorrectly, and when I told her about the mistake, she responded with attitude.
Another employee tried to help me, but unfortunately the order was made wrong again.
This was very disappointing because I am a loyal customer and I expect better service and more attention when preparing orders. I hope this situation can be improved.

I ordered extra hot latte via app for drive thru pickup for quick pick up. I was in drive thru line for 24 minutes and my 6 oz coffee in 12 oz cup was luke warm by the time I received it! I’ve never seen such slow service at any drive thru in my life!!

Excellent service. Today we had a small accident and spilled a coffee, but Joaquin helped us a lot and was absolutely amazing. He was very kind, patient, and professional. I truly wish all employees were like him. People like him make a real difference and make you want to come back. Thank you, Joaquin!

The painfully slow location continues to be a problem waited inside at least 30 minutes for my stuff never got it eventually left empty-handed they're also training in the middle of the day at lunch time they were not interested in serving customers just their training and working on the drive-thru if you were not in the Drive-Thru you were not getting anything this day... This location has been problematic for the past several months

I popped in on the busiest day possible and the barista named Gabby made sure I was well taken care of and ensured my order was correct before I walked out!

No one greeted me, like they do at all other stores. When order was ready, the guy mumbled so low couldn’t even hear him and tossed it on the counter. It was dead silent in there except for the low hum of the machines. The egg was still frozen on my sandwich!
