Not sure why merchants offer delivery when they can’t get the delivery order correct. Missing items. Also, the Lavender Matcha has no lavender flavour whatsoever so I should’ve just ordered just iced Matcha.

Typical Starbucks. ordered inside the store. Service was fast & efficient. Drink was delicious. They should lower their prices. I can see no reason for the prices to be so high. Store was neat & clean. Has there own parking lot as well as a drive thru.Parking: Right outside the store. Adequate amount of spaces-did not count them.

My daughter and I ordered a bacon, egg, and gouda sandwich.. had it before, but we took one bite and it was disgusting with a spoiled egg taste. Asked to exchange it out for some other sandwich and they would not return money or exchange for something else. Took a picture, see below. Totally disgusting and bad customer service. This is my first review, but worth writing.

It really took about half an hour waiting for my order and the store was empty, a whole wait and in the end my product didn't even have the flavor it should have. The employees see that you are waiting and no one comes up to ask if you need help, the experience is very bad.

Clean, good products, but it lacks human warmth. With half an hour left before closing, someone from the staff shouted at the top of their lungs about the time left until closing, what a scare! Hehehe, I don't think I'll be back.

First time here. Been waiting for more than 24mins. Don’t know 1small coffee would take this long. And when I ask about it the women wasn’t so nice. Couple minutes later this young man ask what I was waiting lucky he got it done fast. But there was people waiting long than me.

They focus to much on mobile orders, I waited for 15 minutes while 20+ mobile orders came out and sat there while the ice melted.

I've been to this location a handful of times. The last time that I went I received very bad customer service from a young lady. I made a comment to another young man behind the counter and asked him if he could let the manager know that she had a really bad attitude. Today when I went, the drinks that I ordered were not made correctly. The frappuccinos did not have whipped cream on them or the toppings.. the pink drink is very watered down.. I asked for extra caramel sauce in the macchiato that we ordered and there is no extra caramel. The young man added the whipped topping as my request to the frappuccinos. He said some of the frappuccinos come with whipped topping but not all of them.... The menu definitely shows both of the flavors I ordered with whip topping and a topping as well. Which he did not add.

They got my order wrong minor details. I ordered a white hot chocolate and they have me a regular hot chocolate. I ordered a sandwich with no egg and the egg was on there. They didn't follow any instructions.

If you come to this location, it’s better to have it through drive through. They are very busy with drive through that the service for people who come in to the store is really bad. No customer service whatsoever and the wait is longer than if you wait and order through the drive through. Just a disappointment experience.

If I could give this place a 0 I would, I’ve been here several times and each time they have made my drinks with attitude and they are made wrong. It’s like they don’t even read the stickers with my order on it. And then when I ask for them to add something or remake it, they give more attitude. If you want your drink made with attitude or possibly made wrong come to this location.
