It should not take 36 minutes to get a cup of regular coffee. If you are looking for a job, this place desperately needs help.
I visit this Starbucks location every morning and usually have a great experience, but today was disappointing. It’s National Red Cup Day, and when I ordered my usual holiday drink, I didn’t receive the reusable cup. The customer right before me—who ordered the same type of drink—was given one without any issue.
I don’t like bringing up situations like this, but I want to be honest about how it felt. As a Black customer watching another customer receive the promotional item while I did not—especially when I’m here regularly—it made me feel overlooked and uncomfortable. I spend my money here consistently, and it didn’t feel good to walk away feeling like I wasn’t treated with the same consideration as others.
I’m hoping this was an honest mistake, but I felt it was important to share my experience so the store can ensure all customers are treated fairly and consistently.
I wanted to bring an incident to your attention from this morning. When I entered the store, I stood at the counter waiting to place my order, but no one acknowledged or offered to help me. After waiting a bit, I stepped aside to make a quick phone call while still planning to order.
While I was on the call, a staff member approached me and told me I needed to leave the restaurant unless I immediately ordered a coffee. I politely explained that I was just finishing my call before ordering, but she still asked me to leave.
I found this experience extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I’ve always associated Starbucks with kindness, inclusion, and respect — but I did not feel any of that during my visit today. Your staff should treat customers better, and this type of behavior does not reflect well on your company.
I won’t be returning to that location, and honestly, I’m hesitant to visit any Starbucks again after this experience.
Every time I order and pick up a drink and/or food from this Starbucks location, I feel the need to tip (and usually do) & I want to publicly announce how wonderful the staff is here - as well as the quality and speed of food / service that this location offers. They always put a kind note on my cup and my drink is ready within 3 to 5 minutes. Sometimes less.
I’ve had numerous not so good experiences at other Starbucks, but this one is top-notch - 10 out of 10 - & all the employees here deserve a raise.
Corporate - if you are reading this - seriously this location is doing everything right!!!

Aurora was extremely rude at the drive through window.
At the drive through speaker was told my order came out to $11.44. Then at the window I was asked to pay $13.44. It is not okay for employees to be adding a $2 tip to my order without my knowledge. I typically tip at least a dollar on every order. I just found this to be outrageous.

Me and my family come through quite often, there was a miscommunication at the speaker and I just wanted to verify that my drink was made with oatmilk once I got to the window because I felt for some reason it wasn’t heard after I started thinking about it (asked for it to be made with oatmilk multiple times so I was under the impression the barista heard it but I guess not once I verified at the window) and was being told that modifications are supposed to be made at the speaker and kept telling me that, I come quite often like I said and so I already knew this, but the way the barista was saying it seemed like she was very annoyed and it honestly ruined my day and made me feel horrible as I wasn’t having the best day already. Please just be kind to others!

While ordering a refresher, the girl put the order in as tall instead of grande, before we drove away we told her hey it’s supposed to be a grande. She said ok and got charged for it. When we got the order the drink was so watered down, it looked like she just switched the drink cups and added water. The whole experience was a huge mess.

Music too loud people come here to work with their laptops or make phone calls for their meeting or job stuff most of the time .but I’m giving a 5 star cause when I asked to lowered a little bit he did and didn’t get upset or anything.

Been waiting here on my drink even though the store is empty for 20 minutes I see my empty drink cup with the label on the counter they just won’t make it

Require you to buy something even if you're studying. Charge for ice. I'm the only one they asked and I know they did it because the store owner doesn't like me. I've forgiven you, I pray for you. If it's about the store policy, ask everybody that hasn't bought anything.
