Stop making employees write in cups with sharpie or anything else i got ink all over me
WellI come here to use free electricity because I'm an awful human being. I came to Florida to volunteer got shoved and told I need to wait 3 weeks so here I am with a backpack and some major reflection time on my hands.
NEW POLICY PAY OR GTFO, Two sides of a coin; Electricity cost monies, but if you're smart you install solar...or not. No homeless charging because if you're homeless no help for you. The world is changing, prepare.

staff is literally so rude every single time i come. they literally yelled at me when i started to order a drink and said “DO YOU WANT TO START YOUR ORDER WITH FOOD” in such a nasty tone. i dread going to this starbucks everytime and my drink never tastes good.

This has been a meeting spot for mentoring for some time. It has been average at best. Not today. There is a new barista. An awesome young lady... Anna or Annabelle (Ugh terrible with names). Great smile and is super friendly. She completely made up for the lack of personality the guy taking orders demonstrated. Hope she is there to brighten my day next time I am there.

The customer service is terrible. We walked in and ordered. It was like we were an inconvenience and they were rushing us along (we’re a family of four with two young kids). Then the drinks took a while (coming at different times) and a simple ask of the the status was met with annoyance and “hold on”. To top it off, our drinks were not up to par. They were diluted and not great.
So sad as we love Starbucks but I feel like this is the epitome of everything wrong with Starbucks. There is no human interaction even when you are standing right in front of them and they don’t take pride in the beverages they are serving. Hate to say it but we will be looking by for other options other than Starbucks.

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a café latte, specifically asking for half coffee and half milk, with the milk served hot. However, the drink I received was 90% coffee and only 10% milk, and the milk was cold. Additionally, the staff member who attended to me was not friendly at all.
When I went back to request a replacement, they suggested I open the lid, remove some coffee, and add cold milk instead of hot. In the end, I ended up with a coffee that was completely different from what I had ordered.

The first time I ordered green tea without ice and it came out like this. Too bad.

Line of 7 cars took 35 minutes and when we finally spent 24 bucks for 4 items. The drinks were terrible. One drink was a vanilla bean frappacino. All the syrup was sitting at the bottom, it wasnt blended so i was drinking ice. I also got an iced cafe mocha. It tasted bad, and it was hot, not blended and everything sat at the bottom.

As I now sit here for my 37th minute in this drive thru. I feel it best to leave this review for anyone looking for honesty. This location will WASTE your day, without fail! Abysmal.

Just trying to get into the parking lot is already a disaster this location should have never been built since its not enough room to handle a parking lot. I pre ordered and took 15 minutes to arrive and still waited another 15-20 when I got here for coffee that was extremely watered down and sour. Never seen a Starbucks so bad!

First time going to this Starbucks and the last. Staff had attitude issues when I said I was here to pick up my order. They lectured me on how it’s drive through and not in store pickup. It took me about 10 mins to even get anyone’s attention standing right in front of them. I understand it was busy but the customer service was terrible.

This store is a dumpster fire and all the staff needs to be trained. I stood waiting for 25 mins watching the staff stand around like they didn't know what to do. They serviced all mobile orders before café orders. It took 8 customers standing around complaining with loud voices before a manager came out and started getting orders out.
If you have 30min to waste go Herr. If you just want a cup of coffee and need to be somewhere on time DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE.
