1st time at this particular location & dang idk how they got more than 2 stars. The barista who took my order was pleasant. The one who make my matcha not so much. She can tell my my look that she F’d it up. But than fix it she made excuses. She young and maybe she wasn’t raised right? The table are nasty. Idk when the tables were wiped down. Never coming back

Always a great experience with Starbys! The thing to note is that the drive through at this location is weird and our huge truck almost hit the post in the curb while trying to exit! Definitely not fit for large vehicles!

Wish I read the reviews before stopping in here. On my way back on the highway, stopped in for a simple Venti Iced Latte. Saw only girl/barista making drinks for both the drive thru and lobby so I tipped her $5 in addition to my $9 drink. Only for two other baristas to come out and disregard my drink requests. I stood there waiting, they treated everyone else in there but ME! Finally they addressed me and I told them my drink was wrong. They took it and still handed it back WRONG!! I asked for a refund immediately and left!! PEOPLE! You work for Starbucks not YOURSELVES!!! I expect the same experience at every Starbucks!!! I was more than willing to wait for my drink to made correctly however they could careless and did nothing right!

This location is way too small for the amount of traffic it receives. The team members are nice and handle the pressure well. Ambience is nice, keep in mind the bathrooms are locked and have to get a code for it. I’ve only had one instance where a beverage was forgotten in all the time I’ve come here.
