I was in the drive thru as usual for work and I am a loyal customer as I spend thousands of dollars at Starbucks. I told the gentlemen I had a big order on the intercom, he didn’t say anything and was fine with it and after the order a lady jumped on the intercom and said how disrespectful I am for spending $100 in the drive thru, I explained I usually don’t have an issue as I do this all the time for work and that I told him already it was a big order and that he didn’t say anything.
Anyways I go inside to get my order like they told me. And I asked for a manager and they said his name is Brad and he isn’t there today, I said okay it was just really rude for me be told I am disrespectful in that tone. As I’m leaving the guy I think was the manager wouldn’t let me leave he was like trying to block me as I was trying to go around him with the two heavy bags, trying to intimidate me I even asked excuse me and he continued to not let me leave. It was just very rude and unprofessional

Very disappointed in my experience. I walked in a got a vanilla latte and a matcha latte. Waited to get my order taken while the staff just looked at me and continued to joke around. After about five minutes someone finally came up to say hi to me and let me know someone would be right with me. Thankfully the guy that was on register can out right after she said that. I put in my order and waited to pick it up. Once my order was set I was in a hurry so I grabbed it and jumped in the car. It wasn’t until I got to my destination that I realized that the matcha latte was only a third of the way full. Like I didn’t pay $6 for a half empty drink.

Even on my worst days the employees here never fail to bring a smile to my face. Their personable energy and kindness is always a great way to start my day. They are the main reason I continue to choose this Starbucks over others in the area (I mean they wrote happy birthday on my cup, how sweet is that?). I appreciate their hard work and it shows through returning customers and high quality beverages!

So slow. Mobile order for a coffee too 20 minutes to get. One cup of coffee should be ready immediately. I wait just a few minutes at most Starbucks. Coffee was good

“Tried” to ordered 4 items! Totaling $38 and change… tried to pay with a $100 bill denied my bill. Cashier said we just can’t . Denying currency no wonder Starbucks going bankrupt.Never again will go to a star bucks !If 0 starts was an option I would give that!
