I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks. The wait time was extremely long, and there was absolutely no customer service. The staff wasn’t friendly at all, and no one seemed to care about the quality of what they were serving. After waiting over 20 minutes, one of my sandwiches still wasn’t done. When I told them, they didn’t apologize or try to fix it, they simply said “okay” and went on like it didn’t matter. I ended up having to leave the sandwich behind and I’m now out over six dollars because of it. This is not the level of service you expect from Starbucks. Very disappointing.

Not sure who is at the Drive-Thru window today, but she was the sweetest person ever. While waiting for my order, she kept great conversation with me and that something you DONT see often at a drive thru. My order is always perfect at this location. I never have to second guess my choices when ordering here.

The standard Starbucks menu, beverages, snacks, setup, and design. This Starbucks offers a drive thru with partially covered roofs over order and pickup areas. Indoor tables with chairs and longings settings. Outdoor tables are accessible with black umbrellas along busy Dale Mabry Ave.
The music is loud, which makes everyone talk even louder.
Service is good. Overpriced reusable beverage are on sale today
Menus are posted on wall with black background and small letters

I was in the drive thru as usual for work and I am a loyal customer as I spend thousands of dollars at Starbucks. I told the gentlemen I had a big order on the intercom, he didn’t say anything and was fine with it and after the order a lady jumped on the intercom and said how disrespectful I am for spending $100 in the drive thru, I explained I usually don’t have an issue as I do this all the time for work and that I told him already it was a big order and that he didn’t say anything.

Anyways I go inside to get my order like they told me. And I asked for a manager and they said his name is Brad and he isn’t there today, I said okay it was just really rude for me be told I am disrespectful in that tone. As I’m leaving the guy I think was the manager wouldn’t let me leave he was like trying to block me as I was trying to go around him with the two heavy bags, trying to intimidate me I even asked excuse me and he continued to not let me leave. It was just very rude and unprofessional

Very disappointed in my experience. I walked in a got a vanilla latte and a matcha latte. Waited to get my order taken while the staff just looked at me and continued to joke around. After about five minutes someone finally came up to say hi to me and let me know someone would be right with me. Thankfully the guy that was on register can out right after she said that. I put in my order and waited to pick it up. Once my order was set I was in a hurry so I grabbed it and jumped in the car. It wasn’t until I got to my destination that I realized that the matcha latte was only a third of the way full. Like I didn’t pay $6 for a half empty drink.
