“Tried” to ordered 4 items! Totaling $38 and change… tried to pay with a $100 bill denied my bill. Cashier said we just can’t . Denying currency no wonder Starbucks going bankrupt.Never again will go to a star bucks !If 0 starts was an option I would give that!

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. Do not come here if you need to be somewhere. I thought I’d be fast today because I’m the only one in the drive thru and there’s no one inside… but no. Still 15 minute wait. These people have zero respect for your time.

Espresso wasn't out until 15 minutes after it was expected in the app. It would have been faster and a more pleasant experience to mobile order at either location on Kennedy, drive there, and back, than stand around wondering where your drink is.

My order was just right and delicious.Dietary restrictions: I have to use soy milk only.
Soo I bought a drink and it turned out great! Despite the reviews I still came and ordered my usual chia tea latte with light ice, tasted the same as always-DELICIOUS! My friend bought a nitro cold brew with pumpkin cream on the bottom and top of the drink and they delivered. Plus it was a perfect temperature inside the building, not too cold like usual starbucks are. The crew was chill too they weren't rude or nothing

This is a Starbucks with a drive thru. I drove through at 11AM on a Monday, and I ended up stuck in a line for over 20 minutes. I get that at Starbucks, everyone is doing a personalized order, so the drive thru isn't as fast as the drive thru at a fast food chain. But the wait was ridiculous.The food (Impossible sausage sandwich) and drink (pumpkin foam whatever seasonal nonsense) were fine, typical Starbucks.Just don't expect zippy service through the drive thru.

Needs better management. Customers are rude inside & impatient to others. Only 1 register. Disorganized with orders. They need more staff to handle overflow of drive thru. Dropped over $100 at this location & only the man working the register was professional.
