The machines ask for 20% tip and it takes about 30 seconds to figure out how to navigate the buttons to switch to no tip, there’s no touch screen so people are forced to leave a tip unless they want to awkwardly ask how to navigate the screen or hold up the line figuring it out.
This feels like robbery, especially with 20% preselected and the level of difficulty in figuring out how to change it.
These aren’t waiters, they are hourly employees, nor do they come to the table and serve customers. So asking for a tip in the first place is entitlement and wanting to be paid for a service they aren’t offering.

We ordered two of the new Oatmilk Horchata Shaken Espressos, but instead, we received two plain iced coffees made with regular milk. Not only was the order completely wrong, but both drinks were made with dairy—even though we specifically chose oatmilk. We're lactose intolerant, so this mistake could have had serious consequences. It's really disappointing, especially considering how expensive Starbucks is. When you pay for a specific drink, you expect it to be made correctly and safely.

This is my local Starbucks. I come here a couple of times a week and my drinks have always been great! I don’t know what’s up, but recently, the past couple of drinks I’ve purchased have been super “off.” Like really watery and overly sweet? Even my coworker today mentioned something when I delivered her coffee, and we both tossed it. Which is sad because coffee out is normally such a treat! Love the friendly team here but felt this was worth sharing because I want to keep coming back.

The staff here are consistently friendly and efficient, making every visit a pleasant experience. Service is quick, so it’s easy to get in and out with a fresh cup of coffee during a busy day. I’d personally recommend walking over to Ginger Beard Coffee which is a local coffee shop across Kennedy with better quality options, Starbucks just doesn’t do it for me.
