I’ve been going to this Starbucks since they opened: their drinks are always good, they’re in the neighborhood, but the main reason I visit multiple times a week is that the people who work there are the absolute nicest humans! Kira, Omar, Patrick, Aaliyah, Taylor, and EVERYONE are always so sweet and so kind. They treat me like a queen every time and, far more importantly, treat my little dog like a prince! He might like going there even more than I do. Visiting this Starbucks location is truly often the highlight of my day!

Disgusting service! The blonde girl literally threw glasses of coffee, and was clearly not happy with the people. In this case, you can’t work with people if you don’t love them that much. I asked for the coffee to be remade because I ordered medium temperature milk, and they made so hot. At my request, she simply seemed furious. Such employees spoil the entire impression and desire to go for coffee.

This location is a very well lubricated machine, been here multiple times and the staff are efficient, friendly, and helpful. They ask what you are ordering while waiting in line, so that by the time you are to the register your stuff is ready.

Thank you for making my checkin a breeze especially after a long work day! I will definitely stay with this location everytime I visit Tampa! My room was very clean and house keeping was amazing! Over the years, I always walked to this Starbucks with my dog to get a treat and a Puppucino, but today was my first visit since saying goodbye to my love of 18 years. I didn’t realize it would overwhelm me so much, and I started to cry when ordering. The staff working today (7/16, 4:45PM) were absolutely so kind and caring. The manager’s gesture of comping my drink and coming to give me a hug was especially touching during such an emotional time, and I cannot thank these ladies and this store enough for understanding how I’m feeling and showing such care and concern. These acts of kindness are what makes our world a better place. Thank you so so much. <3

Stayed for 4 nights. The location of the hotel is quite good, there is a streetcar stop close by which helps makes it easy to go to Ybor City and downtown. The Amalie Arena is within walking distance. The room was spacious and had a kitchen incl. a dishwasher, but it lacked any kind of style. Bathroom was practical but a plastic cube. We were on the 9th floor and the noise from the street below was loud. Breakfast is complimentary. It fills you up in the morning and the choice is okay (eggs, bacon or other types of meat, pancackes, oatmeal, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, juice) but the quality of the food is not good. The worst thing about breakfast is that there is only plastic plates, cuttlery and cups and even apples and all bread items are individually wrapped in clingfilm. Staff at breakfast was nice and helpful. There is a little ‘market’ in the lobby where you can buy drinks, snacks and even frozen meals. It’s helpful when you need a quick snack.

Waited in line for 5 minutes, then another guy walked in and completely cut me off, and theYcontinued to take the persons order without acknowledging me at all. Felt like a slap in the face. I won’t be having Starbucks again. Dunkin is more personal and friendly. That’s why Americans run on DUNKIN

Excellent Hilton Property! service, room cleanliness and hotel staff were outstanding! Rooftop pool was just fabulous! Rooftop pool also included gas grills and fire pit! Great location! Highly recommend this property!

They charge too much for too little. The location is away from most worthwhile spots and dining options. It’s near the highway which you can hear quite clearly because the soundproofing is nonexistent. Worse still, it seems the nearby underpass parking area is a favored hangout for crappy little wannabe race cars with very loud exhaust pipes. The complimentary breakfast was very small and unappetizing. The one nice thing they have, a rooftop deck, is locked at 9pm even if you just want to sit out and enjoy the great breezes.
