Listen, it's the best one around. The drink is perfect everytime, the people are very nice. I come here almost every day since I work nearby. Its consistent. My mornings before work are bearable. When they cook the bacon gouda sandwich they cook it with the top bread off, so the bacon is nice and crispy and the egg evenly cooked. As someone who used to work at Starbucks, thats how its SUPPOSED TO BE DONE. You may have cranky snowbirds fresh out the airport putting bitchy low reviews in here, but screw em. These guys and gals make sure I'm taken care of.

This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks I've been to regarding wait time and service. I waited almost 20min for a small mocha and I even had to ask why mine was taking so long. Everyone who came after me were getting their drinks. I feel like its because I didn't tip on a 10$ order

I visited this Starbucks on 12 June 2025 around 9:36am. I ordered a lavender matcha and two cake pops. I feel like the girl was enthusiastic but I hate being forced like I have to tip. I was handed the cake pops at the register. Immediacy after stepping away I noticed a gentleman after me received his order. I figured his order was probably less complicated. Then I saw a woman who ordered food and a drink get her items before me. I didn’t think anything of it but then it kept happening. Eventually, I saw the gentleman making a lavender matcha so I assumed it was mine but then he called Leslie and at this point I was annoyed as 10 minutes had passed so I asked how long it would take since I noticed several people receive their drinks after me. It was blatantly obvious. This was not a good start to my morning and it almost felt like I was waiting longer because I didn’t want to tip on a $13.38 order for two cake pops and a matcha.

So terrible 😤 . I was oder matcha latte in the morning . I Oder 8 scoop for matcha power but I just see she put 4 scoop . I ask her can you put 4 scoop more but she said no . I’ll never recommend this store .

Terrible. Just terrible. You'll wait a minimum of 30 mins for your coffee, I requested 5 shots of expresso and it taste like water down milk which I didn't bother to request a new one because it already took 30 mins for this drink.

I rarely go to Starbucks ( once in a few months) because lately the quality of their coffee had decreased drastically. However today, I really needed a cup to get through the day and yet I was presented with an incorrect order. It was literally hot oat milk and sugar. I tried to request a refund to my original payment but was told that they can only give me credit to a Starbucks only card. Like I mentioned before, I rarely go to Starbucks so that credit will not be used for weeks or months. So basically, I lost $$ and didn't get any coffee. Starbucks is not what they use to be.

8 min drink, with almost zero customers. Barista took his sweet time! I have never seen someone in food service move that slowly. The other two workers were both at the oven heating up a pastry and singing very loudly and not well!! You’re better than this Starbucks! ??‍♀️

Jazz is a superstar. She is extremely personable and helpful. I work in the building next to this Starbucks and every time i come to this location and she's working its a great visit. She is always crushing it !!

I do a lot of work here and it’s always super pleasant. Jazz goes out of her way to greet customers by name and ask how they’ve been (it’s clear she asks thoughtful questions and remembers personal details). She and the team definitely live out the Starbucks core values and make this a community where you feel welcome. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks locations and this one stands out in terms of how natural it feels to sit for a while and get some remote work done.
