The pistachio croissant is next level good. Probably one of the best croissants I’ve ever had honestly. Everyone inside was so kind and helpful, I’ll definitely be back again!

Find and savor the best kouign-amann in the world outside of Brittany? …from France? …on the other side of the Atlantic? In Florida? In Tampa ???? Yes, it’s possible… and just incredible, but true! Breton friends, therefore, the address is really worth the detour! I have not tried the croissants which look delicious and which have already been tasted and approved by those around me.

Update Oct 2024: The egg and bacon croissant was still good, but it only gets into one of the best things I ever ate territory when it is hot out of the oven. I plan to get there earlier and wait out getting a freshly baked one next time.

The bacon egg croissant thing they make on the weekends is one of the best things I have ever eaten. Jammy egg yolk, just enough chili crisp but not too much. Plus that fantastic croissant dough. Apple croissant on the weekend is also good. Excellent croissant, but at $6 I will only buy if I can eat it right away fresh. Cookies are good. I did not care for the blueberry muffin - heavy tasting and could not taste the blueberries - it was almost savory, could use a tad more sugar - such as on the top. What I like most about this place is the service/staff-owner. This is such a unique place and they are really making a go of it.

State Flour hits every pastry and bakery note possible. Major fan of their croissants, which they offer in a number of flavors right along with some cookies and scones. Highly recommend the bacon cheddar scone. They also have a variety of artisan breads, too. The spot is very small and is basically just a pickup with a couple of seats & tables on the exterior. That said, the theming is fantastic and the employees/owners are very nice. Parking in the plaza can also be a bit tight but more than often packed. Fair pricing!

Everything I had here was delicious. It is very clear that the people at this place put in a lot of time, effort, and care into their work. The food was incredible and if I could give this place 6 stars, I would.

I am almost reluctant to write this review because I don’t want people to start finding this hidden neighborhood gem. However being a former small business owner I know what a labor of love it can be so I do want this place to flourish and eventually expand! The croissants and pastries are amazing. They put their own twist of a few flavors such as guava and pistachio. They do daily specials as well. You can really taste the hard work and passion that is going into their product. I hope everyone that loves a good fresh croissant, sourdough bread, or pastry comes to check them out!

Ok, like by far the best croissant I’ve ever had. It was perfect! So fresh and the filling was abundant. You know how you get a pastry filled with something and there is barely anything, not this croissant! The staff were attentive, and the inside was quaint. The only downside to it was the lack of tables and chairs to sit and enjoy those amazing creations.
