You could search the entire world for the perfect pastry and I assure you one from here would be really close. Whether you choose the unique kouign-amann or an almond (or pistachio or guava) croissant, you'll fall in love with this bakery for it's quality and authenticity. The rustic sourdough breads are worth the trip in and of themselves.

I can’t say enough about this bakery. Local, first of all. Im a croissant guy. I thought I knew what a croissant was until I tried all of theirs. The guava is to die for. I could write a good description for everything they have. And don’t get me started on the banana bread, Yum! Definitely stop in and try them if you haven’t!

The pistachio croissant filling was too sweet for my friend, but the chopped pistachios on top were really good. Kinda pricey, but they’re huge. It’s a small shop, they’ll patiently walk you through the options. The croissant itself is more on the soft side
