Me and my friends come to this steak and shake whenever we need a quick bite. Yesterday afternoon; the food was delicious, however, the male workers are quite creepy and make me and my friends uncomfortable with their staring, stalking around our table, and constant attention on us. Even if they think they’re being slick, they are not. And this isn’t even the first time this has happened to any of us. I do not recommend dining in, as the environment will be uncomfortable for women all around.

I love the changes with beef tallow and bitcoin but this location….clean the floors. Floors are always sticky which is a big red flag for dirty food. Also the soda scan to unlock thing I hate. Are there no refills? Love the direction of the company but don’t love how this location is operating

As with any established franchise that has been around a long time. Some of the stores are dated but the ppl that run them are great ppl. And that you can't put a price on it. And the food is good but not necessarily great. Fast food is fast. Overall 5* for me.

Had a very respectful young man at the drive through today. If all the locations had 10 workers like him they’d dethrone Chick fil a for customer service. In addition the beef tallow flavor makes all the difference for their fried foods. Lastly if you haven’t had their shakes then you are missing out, all of them are good but the Biscoff and the Nutella are next level!

I ordered 2 shakes and a meal. The shakes were water. We went back and asked it be corrected, and the worker said we didn’t even order from them. I left frustrated. I will never return to Steak ‘n Shake anywhere in the USA
