Believe it or not it's definitely one of mine top five burger spots I never have to ask for it fresh and none of the steak 'n shakes I've ever been in and I've been in a lot of them

Im highly allergic to onions and thought i made it pretty clear i needed ONLY bacon cheese and bbq sauce. I bit into the front of my burger and thankfully i just bit bread and bacon bc there were onions all over one side of the burger!

No waitresses, everything is self served. If I stand up at a machine to place my order, I am not going to leave a tip. I ordered cheese fries and they were out of cheese, but of course they still charged me for it. No visit from any waitress, you may as well be eating in your car.Definitely not the place that I used to know and love. They have got so cheap. I’m surprised they just just don’t mail you the hamburger while you’re at home. Maybe that’s next.
