We arrived at 11 am on a Sunday ( today) no other customers. Three employees we could see. No one spoke to or waited on us. They were standing behind a set of computers waiting while we struggled through computer self ordering ( no other option). The computer had the audacity to ask for tips upfront for people who've not yet said a word to me. After fighting with the computer without assistance from those standing and watching we attempted to get our drinks. Apparently you have to use a scan bar code to get a drink. Would have been helpful to be told this. No cups. No ice. No forks. Had to ask for everything. Men's room was out of order. I cannot comprehend how you will stay in business. Food was cold ( we had just ordered it) and was not packaged correctly. We had to fix it. I ordered no fries but my little plastic plate was brimming over. My nephew only ordered cheese fries. He had no plate. We had to get a plate and I gave him mine then I asked for the cheese to be put on it. I used to work at a steak and shake as a waitress. When I went to a table carrying a tray of ice waters in real glasses. Wow. What a disaster indoor dining here had devolved into. At 1230 two other customers in house waiting. Sad.
Kid-friendliness: Allowed my nieces to be gigly/ loud
Wheelchair accessibility: Door not automatic but sidewalk is accessible. Plenty of parking as there were few customers

Men's room out of order, women's restroom no soap and toilets don't flush. Ice machine broken, soda from the machine was flat. No bottled water. Tables were fithly and unkept. Paid for sauces didn't get the sauces. Freezing cold. Poor management and employees who just don't care.

Never going back. No wait staff. Have to order at a kiosk and pick up your food when ready. For this they want a tip! Place was dirty and freezing cold. Grease running down the fronts of everything in the kitchen. Fries are so small they were freezing cold by the time they hit the table.

This restaurant was filthy. Floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, 90% of the tables were dirty. I had to asked for a table to be cleaned just to be able to dine in. Cooks weren’t wearing hair covers, ugh.
Never go to this place, fries was cold and received the wrong sandwiches.

Horrible service. I always say if you don't like your job do better don't get mad that someone ask what shakes you have because you don't have the one that I ordered food service/Customer service is dying slowly with this new generation for sure!!!
