When with the family to get 4 shakes and they told me that they can only serve 2 shake per order, what is the purpose of doing that it doesn't make sense at all

We just waited 45 minutes for our shakes and then were treated incredibly rude when we asked about them. We got our food quickly so by the time the shakes were ready the food was literally cold. It was a to go order so we couldn’t leave to give it to anyone til we got the shakes. Food was cold by the time we got the shakes

I went through the drive thru the burgers was plain no sause no napkins we ordered a chicken tender meal to they gave us no sauce with the meal but when we was given the food I asked for ranch and I was told $.55 so I bought 2 only to learn when I got home I had no sauce that came with the meal and to top it all off the man at the window was a manager

Disgusting manager, came in asked for a cup Of water during DoorDash. Manager rips cup from hand and humiliates me even though previous employee advised I could get a cup of water. She should be fired immediately

This restaurant is absolutely filthy. Trash littered on the outside parking lot. Floor is grimey. Bathrooms are dirty. No soap in the men's restroom. We walked in and decided NOPE, not eating here.

Most insufferable place.... everytime you go here the wait time is near 30 mins til an hour, inside or drive thru, in drive thru your asked to pull in a spot to wait soo long, fries cold every add on is never added to sandwiches, get out of car to go inside to get employees to give angry looks just because they didn't do their jobs and not one sorry for the inconvenience, no new sandwich they give you the lettuce, tomato, and onion in a napkin and that's it. Going to this particular SteaknShake will definitely make you not want to visit any others.
