This restaurant is absolutely filthy. Trash littered on the outside parking lot. Floor is grimey. Bathrooms are dirty. No soap in the men's restroom. We walked in and decided NOPE, not eating here.

Most insufferable place.... everytime you go here the wait time is near 30 mins til an hour, inside or drive thru, in drive thru your asked to pull in a spot to wait soo long, fries cold every add on is never added to sandwiches, get out of car to go inside to get employees to give angry looks just because they didn't do their jobs and not one sorry for the inconvenience, no new sandwich they give you the lettuce, tomato, and onion in a napkin and that's it. Going to this particular SteaknShake will definitely make you not want to visit any others.

This is the first time i've been impressed by the quality of customer service at stake and shake, and the food was fantastic And not too oily. The guy at the drive through had high energy. Good customer service and told us to have a good day. And the food came fast and he answered all our questions without attitude and it was amazing through the drive thru. Then,I drove back and I went inside after twenty minutes of getting my order For something else that had to do with an order. And the people in there were so nice, so organized and clean, respectful, and they were saying, thank you, sir. And have a good day and sorry about that etc. And all this stuff that you don't normally get at fast food restaurants. It literally felt like I was at a chick fil a. With people who had integrity in their job no matter how small the pay. I hope these new employees that I haven't seen before Stay for a while... And if they do I will be coming back 🙏🙏🙏 💯 My hour lunch in my car was fantastic thanks to this place!

Enjoy it while you can! Expect this to be the next Steak and Shake to close. Horrible inept drive-thru service. They brought in the manager from the recently closed Brandon Boulevard location. She completely destroyed and ran that one into the ground and this one looks to be next!!

Something's not right with the management and operation of this location. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the next one to close. There's essentially two items on the menu a burger and fries it's not that complicated to keep the drive through going. There's no excuse in 2025 for it take 10 or 20 minutes to get through a drive-thru. Hire better managers hire people full-time so you get consistent staff, give people 40 hours, every time I come it's always new faces meaning the only hire part-time. If you want an example of how steak 'n Shake should operate check out the one on Causeway next to Walmart.
Mr. scott was out of line today. no need to be rude. his customer service needs to be reviewed because he is tarnishing the good reputation of steak and shake. Mr. scott was at the drive thru today, giving the food and taking orders. today 11/02/2025 at 1:19pm. i have been going to this store for 7 years, never had this experience. it is very frustrating and sad at the same time.

UNSANITARY DO NOT GO. When I went there it was completely empty but the place was covered IN FILTH. There was old food sitting on the tables. Every single table was dirty. Most of the floor was sticky. There's pieces of burger on the floor. AND I'M TALKING THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE CUSTOMER IN HERE SO WHY WASN'T ANYTHING BEING CLEANED?There were old fries in the fryer that they refried and gave to me. I asked for Mexican Coke but they didn't open the lid and when I asked to open it, the lady didn't change her gloves or anything and I'm not sure if she was touching raw meat. Every single surface was covered in filth. I don't even know how they're open. They definitely aren't passing any health inspections. You can actually Google the last health inspection they have this year and it says that they found mold in several areas.

They couldn't take my order for 15 mins at the drive though and I waited 20 mins for 3 shakes. The lady at the windows is very rude. I've never experienced this type of service EVER. THEY NEED NEW EMPLOYEES!!!
