Bulet holes taped up on the windows. At least 3. Order kiosk asked for a tip....had to pick up food when they called your name even for dine in. Didn't see ant waitresses. Who gets the tip? Used to be full dining experiece.

Omar the manager was very rude. We went through the drive thru and order 2 number 7 with bacon the order came up to 19.33, all we ask was could we get a break down to understand the receipt. He kept getting smart after we were just asking simple questions. We must notice the young lady at the window was getting trained so maybe it was an honest mistake. But he told us not to worry about his workers so after about 4 attempts to get him to understand what we were trying to understand ( how s slick mouth and cocky attitude) was overwhelming by now I asked for my money to be sent back to my card...he snatched it out my husband hand and closed the window then called the police... customer service means everything to me. Omar needs training...

So I ordered the three-piece chicken tenders and fries with a cup of cheese that was $1.19 and I got 2 chicken tenders and a half pump of cheese not very happy

Got the number 5, it came out excellent as usual. The best part of me ordering today was Ms. Meeka taking my order who was a complete joy to speak to and carried the upmost professionalism that I usually experience at higher end restaurants. Her and Ms. Kay were a great team!

This is an awesome place for milk shakes. I would recommend this place for a quick stop , lunch or dinner with the hubs. They also changed up the way you order. You order through a kiosk. It was so easy. ❤️

Seems like fast food but I happily spend 15 dollars on a bacon double cheeseburger and cheese fries when I do eat at steak n shake there's quality in the food that has me coming back when I can afford to get what I want. The food has me coming back not the price and to me that sounds like a good meal not fast food.

Every single visit I’ve had at this location. There’s been an issue.
Today I ordered ,a la carte, Double Garlic Burger and fries & it totals to $11.82
When I get to the pay window, I ask “Can I get the Garlic Double meal since it’s $8.92 and is cheaper.”
The assistant manager/manager says “we have 11 other people in line [blatantly not true] and the burger is already made”.
Unprofessional. I haven’t paid yet and instead of modify the order I’m paying for she complains.
They can keep the burger, I said “thanks anyway” and will not return to this location .
