Much improved from last 2 times. Derrick the manager has done a great job communicating. The 2 guys I saw tonight 2/23/25 around 7:00pm did a great job at getting out orders for both drive thru and dining room.

I live way in Seffner and I drove to this particular steak and shake because the last time I was there I got the best Steakburger a little crisp on the ends remind of the good days Steak and shake across from Plant High. I sit in the drive thru for 12 minutes to be told they only taking cash by the red hair young lady. When I came last time an older gentleman was managing and Dominick was the cashier. I was supposed to do a review then but life happen. Crew then and tonight complete opposite. If you let people like them run your establishment it will fell.

Drinks machine is terrible, all the drinks taste like liquid plastic. Food is alright, but the place isn’t maintained. The toilets don’t flush and they don’t have working soap dispensers.
I went to the Fowler Steak N Shake and had the opportunity to meet Nick. He was working the grill like it was nobody's business. He made sure my sandwich was made to my liking and was quite funny as well. I didn't mind waiting for my meal because he made time pass. Give Nick a raise because he goes over and above to ensure everyone wins. I ordered the meal to go with my birthday shake, thank you Steak N Shake for a very positive experience!!
Parking: Plenty of parking all around the facility ... simply choose a spot that works best for you.

This location needs to be shut down! Waited 40 minutes for 3 shakes after waiting for so long i decided to ask for a refund. the shift manager is no where to be found! An employee told me they would call the manager but i was lied to had to wait an additional 15 minutes just for the manager not to show up to give me a refund. in total had to wait almost an hour for 3 shake with no manager to talk to. Mr. derek please get your location together!

They need to just all around go back to using regular people for registers because that kiosk business is annoying. Don't even get me started on the butter burger 🍔 the gumball of butter that is in the middle of the top huh is unreal. I'm done a waste of $ now they use to be great 😔😔
