There isn’t one form of intelligent life working here. Every single time I have ordered there’s an issue with my order and they take 20+ minutes to correct the problem. Last time was my last time here!

Ordered online using S&S app to be delivered. 2 1/2 hours later food arrived only to have three different Dashers handling it they could not find a hospital which is a major hospital, 4 miles away. Food was cold also was missing food and the driver spilled half of a milkshake all over himself so we only got half a shake, and never said anything he could not speak English when we tried to communicate with him.Called requesting refund and was told they couldn’t give it to call corporate. Tried corporate number to only find it’s not working you have to go through their online feedback which I have done.

The location is perfect the only issue is the staff and management that work inside. If you want to eat here you are better off maybe doing the drive-thru as they don’t pay attention to the lobby, also if you have a online order also go to the drive-thru. I was at this location to pick up my online order and as I walked inside they where 4 others doing the same and 4 who had in dinning room orders and the 3 workers and manager where only focused on the drive-thru and even after getting their attention, they still ignored us in the dining room, and acted like it was an inconvenience to help us. If I could offer any advice, I would not go to this particular location maybe try another location.Parking: A lot of parking space but again better off doing drive-thru or just going to BK or McDonalds just down the road.

Most of the staff here was standoffish. However the cook that made our food was the only person that seemed to care about his job and the quality of service we received. Did not like the fact you have to put your order in the computer as you walk into the restaurant, then scan a code to get your drink, and then scan code if you want a refill. But the tables were clean and there was no wait for a table.Kid-friendliness: There are quarter gum ball machines, $0.50; I believe that has balls and some squishy toys also there is a claw machine.

Honestly, I don't know why anyone would go here.. The food is nothing special, and the inside is, I guess, supposed to be like a Retro burger style type of place. I will not recommend this place. ?? If you pass by one, don't even think twice about going in unless you're starving.. so many better options are available.

If I could rate this steak ‘n shake location a 0 I would. The service is horrible i’ve been waiting on two burgers and some fries for 55 minutes and when I mentioned it to the worker he said he will get it started as if he has not even began yet. The guy was very nice but the restaurant is extremely disorganized! We got our food and the large fries were halfway full and cold. Will not be going to this location again and I don’t recommend.
Rude to customer I waited 5 min in drive thru before placing an order.

They gave my order to the wrong person, so they had to remake it, and I still didn't get the right order. Also, the ketchup dispenser was empty, and there was no soap in the bathroom.

10 minutes to take my order at the drive through, I waited… then asked if they were going to take care of me no one answered me then when I pulled up to the window ask for help and for the manager he said no one else in the entire store could take an order. The manager didn’t even offer to compensate me, disappointed as I believe Steak and shake has some of the best burgers for the price or just period.
