We got the meal deals; the double burger, single butter burger, tallow fries, and upgraded to chili fries and onion rings. The butter burger is mainly 1 tablespoon of cold butter on a regular burger. I rate the double burger and tallow fries at the top. The onion rings were a bit doughy. You can add a special sauce for more but I passed on that. I did not give a 5 star because it was 2pm and the bathroom toilet was not clean and ran out of handsoap in the handicap stall. But for the price and ambiance, it was well worth it. We will be back to try other items.

The fries are as cold as the dining room. When you tell someone they look at you stupid. No wonder why Culvers is packed, Steak N Shake is pushing business to them with their lack of quality nowadays. I miss the Steak N Shake I grew up with, this is nothing like it

This is a perfect example of turning a beloved establishment into a vending machine. If I wanted to wait on myself I’d get a job as a server. No interaction. It’s like a mortuary in here. This is what happens when people with a business degree try to make their business more profitable but don’t actually know or understand the business. It’s sad what this has come to.
