Been a while since we’ve been to Steak n Shake and I see there’s been a few changes. Don’t mind the self ordering but the vibe is different. Feels like going to any fast food place. The food is still good so no complaints there. Guess I’m just getting old.

Steak ‘n Shake is my guilty pleasure and this one has the best service! The drive through was quick and the workers were so friendly and helpful. I think the gal who helped me was named Isabelle. Overall one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had. From a sign it seems like this location is locally franchised and I can tell that the management takes a lot of pride in their restaurant.

It hasn't been in a while, now you buy it at the machines and you have to scan the ticket for the soft drink if you lose it, the machine won't even give you the soft drink.

I just grabbed a burger combo and went through Drive thru. Burger was juicy and well prepared. Shoestring fries were crispy and hot. I don't like as well as Culver's but would come back and order if I have time and inclination for burger and fries.
