On March 14, 2026, I waited more than 25 minutes for my food. I spoke with the manager and asked for a refund instead. He personally went to the cashier, processed the refund right in front of me, and confirmed several times that it was done. Result: I received neither the food nor the refund. The same manager who looked me in the eye and assured me the refund was processed lied. This is pure and simple fraud. I will never return and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place

I haven’t had steak n shake in at least 13 years and let me tell you this was the best burger I’ve had from any fast food place ever and the fries were amazing too, and you can taste the beef tallow. They’re the best tasting fast food fries. I’m VERY impressed and will definitely be eating more steak ‘n Shake from now on. 😋😋😋😋And the staff was very friendly too! The prices were amazing too! Would have costed WAY more at another fast food place where they sell trash nasty food. And the sizes here were amazing! Great gigantic portions!

Do not go to this Steak ‘n Shake. It’s awful. I wasn’t given the correct order. Got all the way home and tried calling to tell them I was charged for things I didn’t get and they didn’t answer. Tried for over 10 minutes.
If they weren’t pushing me though the line and out the window, they would have gotten it right. The older lady taking orders is extremely rude every time we come. Won’t be back to this location.

After the soda tip fell into my dads drink and got all over my dad after asking for another drink and bringing this to their attention Luis one the cooks threatened to beat my dad up which is a 65 year old man, lake of maintenance and very unprofessional. Check ur cameras Steak ‘n Shake wed 1/28/26 5 pm. DO NOT GO HERE ESPECIALLY DO NOT TIP THEM.

Steak ’n Shake is such a great spot! Their fries and milkshakes are absolutely delicious. The restaurant has a clean, spacious vibe, and I especially love their comfortable sofa seats. Ordering through the touch panel screen was super easy, and my food came out quickly and fresh. The servers were also very nice and friendly. Highly recommend!
