Food is fresh, hot, and they made the cheese sauce cup even bigger. My fries are happy dippers now. Service was very helpful and kind. Mrs. Chantel is a happy smiling face got me napkins cause she saw i didnt grab any. The place is clean and smells fresh. One of my favorite places to sit and eat. And the kids love it.

The whole ceiling has black mold and is leaking. I'm surprised they are not shut down due to health code violations.

I love the food at steak n shake i would say for the price its very good very beefy its there thing really they use beef talow to make there beef patties and I really like them would definitely recommend its not just fast food its that step above that's what you pay for and if you like American food that's what you get very worth it.

If I could I'd give this place zero stars, if any at that. The atmosphere and the cleanliness of the place itself was absolutely disgusting. Practically all the tables were dirty. They made my boyfriends sandwich really wrong and instead of remaking it they refunded him for the sandwich. Not the combo, just the sandwich. What kind of establishment is this! The milkshakes were great, but that's about it. How do you screw up a milkshake, right?! Someone attempted to ask the guy cleaning tables to clean a specific place for them but he was in his own world and not even paying attention. It took an hour to get our food and milkshakes which is ridiculous. I definitely do not recommend going here!

There was a terrible fish smell in this location and the roof was leaking. They were out of every ingredient and all the food tasted off.
