We had lunch at Steelbach in Tampa today and everything was fantastic! Our waiter, Kayden, was absolutely wonderful—attentive, friendly, and made our experience even better. I had the French onion soup, steak salad, and French fries, while my husband enjoyed the steak French dip sandwich. Absolutely horrible customer service. I booked a reservation a while ago for Mother's Day through open table. I wanted to try a new place for brunch with my daughter on Mother's Day while she was in town from college. I received a random call a couple weeks ago someone asking to confirm my reservation. First off let me say I hardly ever write review’s but my experience with the establishment was far from good. We have been to Armature works many times and had passed Steelbach as my husband is not into steak as much as I and I thought they were more of a steakhouse.
