Stix Billiards Oldsmar

Very nice establishment that was definitely bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. Non-smoking, which is also a plus. Stopped by to kill some time before we had to go to the movies theater. They have several pool tables as well as dart boards. We didn't have much time to spend there before we had to go but will definitely return to enjoy the full experience and try some food.

Have been a regular for years. Didn't have my DL on me right at the moment. But I gave her my fishing license and debit card which has my birthday and not to mention.Everyone knows me except her. I'm 50 years old. I'm no spring chicken. She was extremely rude. And so,unfortunately I will never be back or refer anyone weather it's just pool tournament or watching the lightning play. My mission at this point. This blonde girl girl I have never seen there a day in my life. I will tell everyone else to find some where else to go.

Great place! Nice tables! Fun time!

This is me and my wife's new favorite place to play pool. A great nonsmoking, clean atmosphere with plenty of pool tables and a nice open bar.

Chelsea is fantastic! She always creates a welcoming and fun atmosphere that makes the pool hall experience even better. Whether you’re coming in with friends, family earlier in the evening, or hanging out later at night for a more laid-back vibe, this is the spot to be. Chelsea makes sure everyone feels right at home.

I had a very unpleasant experience here. While visiting, another customer chest-bumped me and then proceeded to speak negatively about me with his friends, who also joined in being disrespectful. This behavior was extremely inappropriate and made me feel unsafe. I reported the situation to the staff, but unfortunately nothing was done to address it.

I believe restaurants should create a safe and welcoming environment for all guests, and the lack of response was very disappointing.

This is a response. I got from management today:
Staff handled it fine and was on the phone with management that reviewed camera footage to the best of our abilities being off premise. Sorry you feel it’s unsafe but at this time camera footage is not supporting what you’re speaking of. Also heard of more altercations you both were starting with more patrons at the bar. Again let’s try this another time. You were asked to leave multiple times. We are handling this situation by asking you to leave because of further conflict.

Again unbelievable that a grown man can come up to you & attempt to lunge in my direction of course I would defend myself. When things like this happen, everyone should be asked to leave!!!

Nice chill little spot

Sometimes I come to Stix Billiards with my peers. They pool tables are very neat and the floor is always kept tidy. Service and people are cool. It even has pool leagues!

would've enjoyed it better with music instead of trivia but after that was completed back to the party

Fun place for an after work get together or to play games. Food is good and everyone is friendly.

It was clean and open pool tables to play, had a good time, except for the kitchen was closed! So had to go elsewhere to eat.

Candice is truly the heart and soul of Stix Billiards in Oldsmar. Her professionalism, welcoming attitude, and attention to every detail make every visit an outstanding experience. She goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels at home. Honestly, without Candice, I wouldn't even consider coming here—she’s that much of an asset to the organization. Thank you, Candice, for everything you do!

Good times and Chelsea was great

We keep trying to come here, but the bar tenders are pretty terrible. I've never been to spot like this that the bar tenders go out of their way to ignore you. We tried again tonight, hoping for better results because It's the Saturday before Easter, and we just sit there getting ignored. We were sitting at a table and the bar both until we were forced to walk out. If it's busy, i totally understand, but that's just not the case. Obviously, they don't want our business, so you have taught us a lesson, and we won't be coming back. All we wanted was to have some beers and play darts, but the bar tenders made sure that didn't happen. So we'll give you what you want and we won't be coming back. We've learned our lesson! The bar tenders here have made it very clear that we are not welcome. I can understand it happening once or twice or if they are busy, but it's every time. I don't need to be treated like a v.i.p. but they treat us like garbage here! People should be warned that the bar tenders are going to make sure you get treated like trash. If you like getting treated like a lower level citizen, then this is the place for you, but if you have any self-respect,or self worth you should find another place to go.
