Strachan's Ice Cream & Desserts - South Tampa

We absolutely LOVE Strachan’s and visit as often as we can. My only negative is that I’ve been WAITING for the red velvet ice cream to be available but I’ve yet to see it. 😭

Unfortunately, I was not impressed, it was total chaos in the store, they should have set up some kind of lines for customers and when I did get up to order I specifically asked for dark chocolate covered cherries and I said, dark chocolate 3 times after leaving the store. I realized I got milk chocolate. I just gave them away because number one, I can't milk chocolate and number 2. I wasn't planning on going back in there. You need to get your shop organized a little bit better.

I'm a little disappointed and left wondering when places stopped serving whipped cream nuts and a cherry with a sunday or banana split. I went with the Hot Fudge gooey brownie sundae. They microwaved the brownie and that was the only Hot item on the sundae, oh and it got hard from the microwave. Then it was topped with cold chocolate from a squeeze bottle and served. Was not worth the almost 10.00 dollar pay by card price.

Great hotspot for a doggy ice cream stop! staff always so nice and happy to serve the cold stuff!

First time here with the family. This was a random stop. We were leaving a playground and wanted to treat the kids to some ice cream. Google led us here. Inside is like Ice cream land. Just so beautiful with all the colors, flavors and treats! Did I mention they had various flavors. I wish I can sample them all. I’ll digress. Customer service was good. Staff were patient with the kids. We selected our flavors then went outside to enjoyed our delicious treat. Rewarding feeling to see how happy and excited kids get for ice cream after. Long hot day.

We had a bit of an issue with our doordash order, but the manager went above and beyond to take care of it himself. Truly appreciated how genuine and kind of him it was. Also everything we ordered was great like always!

I had the peanut butter fudge and 2 scoops of the ice cream ? "The Boss" (brownie and peanut butter swirl). So good! It's dangerous that this is so close to my house. ?

Killer ice cream and carrot cake. It's a must try for anyone here in South Tampa. Got an odd combo of Blue Moon, a family favorite, and vanilla soft serve, and they did it! Great employees working in a great parlor.

Their ice cream is AMAZING. the milkshakes so thick and delicious, and the chocolate case is full of such fun and yummy options. The coconut ice cream is to die for. The staff is always so friendly. This place is fantastic-such a great edition to South Tampa!
