A good ice cream place with a soda bar feel. It can feel a bit empty at times however, and the food is up there in price, but makes up for it in quality. Waffle cones are killer.

After frequenting the other 50’s style ice cream place in town, and then the new hip ice cream place I wasn’t sure where this one would fit. But I’m so glad we came to Strachan’s! The ice cream is perfect, not too sweet, nice and creamy. The seating is great and the whole place was impeccably clean! And on top of that there are other options besides just ice cream. Sorbet and sherbet looked tempting so I’ll try those next time. Also there’s tons of fudge, chocolates, gummy candies and Carmel popcorn. We’ll be back again for sure!

The MOST exciting day of my life! Even better than the day my son was born. I was so excited and heard so much about this ice cream shop that I rode my bicycle here for 6 hours straight. Let me tell you. From the moment I opened the door and heard the beautiful sounds of their door chime my senses were in overdrive. The sweet smell of ice cream swirling around with fudge aroma was a delight. They greeted me with a nice cup of tap water with the perfect amount of ice. That made the 6 hour bike ride worth the effort. After perusing the magical flavors of ice cream that they had to offer I finally made the best decision of my life and chose the immaculate CAYENNE PEPPER ice cream. If i were you I would go straight for the triple scoop, don't waste your time even tasting it. I've never tasted a mouth full of flavors that cannot be described in words. From first tasting it, to the mouthwatering kick of a sugary and spicy dream. MY LIFE HAS FOREVER CHANGED. Thank you so much for everything, excellent service.
