Don't know what all these one star reviews are talking about. Ladies in there are badass. They are down to earth, hella nice, and funny. Maybe show up with a good attitude before you come looking for something to go wrong.
They open at 7 a.m. which is great for it being in the center of downtown. I ordered a turkey sandwich and the bread and meat were both fresh, the cashier was very friendly

Friendly staff, eager to serve. There's 3 ladies that are regularly there (I'll get their names next time) and they're always super helpful and happy to see you. It's refreshing for Customer Service to actually work.
