GPS says closes at 6 pm ordered my food at 523 and Hispanic looking lady closed doors 530 and been trying to ask her for refund and she was disrespectful as hell, also been ordered food 3 times prior and has not been ready the other female had her friends and just joking round on clock

Visited this subway for lunch today. It was my first visit to a subway in a couple years. The foot long BMT cost $12 now, it has barely any meat on it and the bread was stale. Lesson learned, this was my last visit ever to a subway. No wonder the company is dying. Go home subway, we have jersey mikes now.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but in this case I had to. Got 2 sandwiches today and thought maybe it was just mine. Nope, I spoke with my coworker about his sandwich and he had the same complaints about his sandwich that I had with mine. Bread was hard and old, lettuce old and slimy, cheese was in pieces not slices, meat had a funny taste to it. It was honestly so disgusting after taking a few bites we both threw our sandwiches away. On to the cookies... after throwing the sandwiches away and still being hungry figured I 'd eat the cookies. Ya, no cookies were hard as rocks too. The only good thing about my $32.55 subway meal was the Gold peak bottled iced tea.

Ordered 1 sub for me and 1 sub for my wife. Just wanted quick decent meal in the area after hours of driving. Ordered a pickleball sub for myself. Had no pickles in it. Wow. It's even in the name. On top of that both subs were missing cheese. Way to suck Subway. Nothing but Publix subs from now on ?

I am a territory manager who is always on the road. Had time to finally take a late lunch and decided to run into this Subway. I just walked in at 4:38pm at this location. Once I had walked in, the employee who was making a customers meal stated that they were closed. The sign on the window states they close at 5pm. Are these the employees Subway hires? This makes me not want to visit ANY Subway location moving forward. Even though I didn't have the opportunity to eat anything, they literally left a bad taste in my mouth. Thank you for the short, yet bad experience.

The Employee working there tonight (09/01/2023) was Amazing. The service I received from him, is best so far, in the 4 years I have been coming to this location. EVERYTIME I come to this subway, I have a horrible experience but Iver (I believe that's what his name is) made it worth giving this location another chance. AMAZINGGGG HIRE!! Thank you!!!

Attention Corporate!! Please be advised that the females running this store have absolutely no need to be working in customer service. Today for the free hero sub promotion they called over all their friends from the plaza and were giving them free sanwiches galore & serving them before us whom were in line first & they weren't giving them 6 inches they were giving them foot longs! But for real customers that came in for a sweet deal and with highly allergic health concerns they forced me to get the sandwich as shown in photo with tomatoes and all which I'm allergic to. Also I'm actually glad about the outcome because when i flipped the sandwich it had what appeared to be blue ink or mold idk but gross. Two thumbs down.
