Ordered 1 sub for me and 1 sub for my wife. Just wanted quick decent meal in the area after hours of driving. Ordered a pickleball sub for myself. Had no pickles in it. Wow. It's even in the name. On top of that both subs were missing cheese. Way to suck Subway. Nothing but Publix subs from now on ?

I am a territory manager who is always on the road. Had time to finally take a late lunch and decided to run into this Subway. I just walked in at 4:38pm at this location. Once I had walked in, the employee who was making a customers meal stated that they were closed. The sign on the window states they close at 5pm. Are these the employees Subway hires? This makes me not want to visit ANY Subway location moving forward. Even though I didn't have the opportunity to eat anything, they literally left a bad taste in my mouth. Thank you for the short, yet bad experience.

Opens at 10:30 but the doors locked at 11:30 when I pull up for lunch? Just watched two uniformed employees walk out with food and leave right after I get back into car.. thanks

The Employee working there tonight (09/01/2023) was Amazing. The service I received from him, is best so far, in the 4 years I have been coming to this location. EVERYTIME I come to this subway, I have a horrible experience but Iver (I believe that's what his name is) made it worth giving this location another chance. AMAZINGGGG HIRE!! Thank you!!!

Attention Corporate!! Please be advised that the females running this store have absolutely no need to be working in customer service. Today for the free hero sub promotion they called over all their friends from the plaza and were giving them free sanwiches galore & serving them before us whom were in line first & they weren't giving them 6 inches they were giving them foot longs! But for real customers that came in for a sweet deal and with highly allergic health concerns they forced me to get the sandwich as shown in photo with tomatoes and all which I'm allergic to. Also I'm actually glad about the outcome because when i flipped the sandwich it had what appeared to be blue ink or mold idk but gross. Two thumbs down.

The lady thats working in the store right now needs to take a customer service class. She's rude and very nasty, and most of all scary. I knew I should have turned around when I seen white eye liner under her eyes looking like a zoombie

Super rude service. They completely ignored us when we walked in and when we politely greeted them. We left after a couple minutes of being ignored by the staff. Terrible Subway location and will never be back. Awful representation of this brand.
