The clerk, a dark-skinned girl, the worst treatment is hers. Because of me, they fired her for the horrible treatment she has towards clients. Screaming at clients to ask her a question, I left there very insulted.

I ordered from this location and there was only one employee, working his tail off. Darren was wonderful to deal with and very polite and respectful while working to keep up. Thank you Darren for the wonderful experience, great guy

Everything was fine except that amount of tuna and vegetables in the sandwiches was not sufficient as with other Subway's. Very little of each made for a very skinny sandwich. Trainee was making sandwiches with no supervision. Needs to fill bread with requested fillings, otherwise it tastes like you're eating bread alone. If that continues, they will lose even more business which might end in failure.

I asked if she was going to heat up my sandwich. She said I didn't tell her that from the beginning. She should have asked. I was visiting Florida, I will never return to Subway again! The fact that she argued with me and said I need to be an Adult and be accountable for my actions. Never will return!!

so my basketball team come at 9:30 and it says they close at 10 and so we ordering food and they kicking us out telling us that they close at 10 mind you it is still 9:30 and so they started kicking people out and some of the coaches was puttin people back in and then they said they close at 10 again but it was 9:40 and so they call the manger and she come kicking us out and saying the lobby and the restraunt close at 10 but it was still 9:47 and they said the cookies was fresh and they was crunchy and crumbly ml l

Very disrespectful employee with a bad attitude. At October 26 at 9pm . Did not let me eat inside in the lobby and did not let me use the bathroom. She claimed that they are closing but I know that they close at 10pm so I had enough time to eat and to use the bathroom. Bad employee.

By the looks of the reviews, this place is going downhill. This was my favorite Subway in this area for a while because the Food quality was better than other Subways.

I made my online order for pick up like usual. When I arrived. I gave my name to the employee and showed her my confirmation page in the app. She tells me that it doesn't have my name on it, and she can't give me the order if she can't see my name, which I say well I'm in the app so I don't know why it doesn't have my name. What do you want me to do? Go on the Settings and give you my name.
She then says well. She can't give me my order until she sees my name so I go into my Settings account and show her my name.
At this point, I'm frustrated because why am I having to do all this with an online app? What's the point of doing this if I'm going to take longer to do all this.
I've never had any other restaurants do this aside from showing them the confirmation and giving them your name. I even spelled it out for her and she still wouldn't take it.
I'm frustrated at this point because she's giving me her attitude at the same time and I tell her what am I going to do guess someone's name and showing you a confirmation.
She proceeds to say you don't know how many people have stole people's food, guessing their name. Like huh??
I would understand if I'm there, guessing peoples names and don't have a confirmation in my hand, but I'm literally showing you my app and you're doing all this, For what?
I told her the confirmation number is on the app tracker. You literally have to verify that with the receipt you have on the bag.
Why make it so hard over a sandwich ?? First time I encounter this. I felt so embarrassed because There was other customers there, and this was so uncalled for.
She then said to not come back to her store. If I don't want her asking my name like OK. You think after this unprofessional encounter. I want to come back to this store.
To top it off the sandwich was hard from over toasting, so I guess that was the cherry on top to not come back here. Boooo

said hi to the lady at the counter she didnt even respond
when she saw me heading towards the bathroom THEN DECIDED TO CROSS SOME WORDS WITH ME because obviously they are stingy about the bathroom
if you dont buy something before hand you have to pee your pants apparently
and then she says bye im not giving you food
???? not my fault shes not happy today
