Lady was very rude at the register. Never seen this at a subway before she was awful

i arrived at subway to get a sandwich for me and my mom with my sister. first thing i notice, this brown lady is giving us attitude even though we were nothing but kind. as she was taking my mom’s order, me and my sister are playing around talking… just as siblings would do. then, she turns around, annoyed for some reason she tells us “you’re not gonna argue. i’m not gonna take your order.” ?? Obviously confused my sister says, “what do you mean?” and the lady replies with attitude, if not more, and rolls her eyes saying “i’m not taking your order.”
Mind you, this whole time she’s been rolling her eyes at us and sighing. Strangely enough, when a white man entered she suddenly turned all kind and obedient. as well as the white woman that was eating here. as a hispanic woman, i can’t help but feel that this is blatant racism. and i don’t think i’m alone because there’s been other people reviewing this favoritism. The food looked gross, she was disrespectful especially to my sister who is only 14 years old. she’s a grown woman arguing with teenagers. i suggest fixing this or just shutting this subway down in general. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

2 stars because my food has always been good, & the top manager who drives the people challenge is always such a sweetie. today, a girl was working today who id never seen & i come about twice a month. me & my mom walk in, she doesn't greet us or look at us. she continues to make us stand there for almost 5 minutes & does minuscule tasks instead of helping us, like rearranging the cookies in the case & shifting the chip display stand to exactly where it was which was weird. it was like she was procrastinating. we finally go to order & instead of making the sandwich first like always she insisted we pay first. she continues to have a stank attitude the whole time with the few words she said & interrupts us SEVERAL times. didn't offer us a drink at the beginning & seemed to get annoyed when she had to go to the register again to ring me up for my drink. did not ask if we were dining in or taking out. tables were dirty with no one else in restaurant. we sat & watched her take other customers orders & did the exact same thing with them & was short & rude with every single customer. you don't have to be overly nice, but damn a few words & not interrupting would be nice. disappointed to not be back as it's close to my job.

This subway is a joke so where do I start? First the chicken was green. Literally green in the cooler. I pointed it out and the lady working only pulled the one container out. I wanted to vomit. She said she only works on the weekends so she has nothing to do with it. What!? You’re working today and the food needs rotated and should be inspected daily. Lettuce was brown as well. That tells me management isn’t doing their jobs and the owner would rather have lawsuits than lose a few extra dollars and rotate their food properly.
Second, when I asked for onions and peppers she gave me 4 onion slivers and three slivers of peppers. When I asked her to put a little more on she refused and said the veggies are portioned out and I can’t get anymore.
Third, the employee was having a personal conversation on her phone and it was on speaker so we could hear everything.
Fourth issue, when I asked for two water cups I was refused service and told they didn’t have any and she wouldn’t give me a normal cup for water. Instead, I went out to my vehicle and grabbed two water bottles.
Best to avoid this Subway. There are plenty others in Tampa. This place will be shut down soon either by inspection or lawsuit. Either way, I will never eat from here again.

Never coming back here again. Never have I ever been talked to the way the old black man working there talked to me. HE was the one who got my order wrong and continued to BLAME me for it being incorrect when it was a mobile order. He chastised me in FRONT of the other customers saying I wasted his money because he had to throw out HIS mistake of a sandwich. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience here, don’t get me started with the black woman and her attitude. He needs to watch how he speaks to customers. I’m a nice guy and hardly ever get upset.

The staff at this location has the worst attitude. I've seen them get into it more than one customer. Apparently customers are there at their convenience.

Literally THE WORST subway experience I have ever had in my life! All of the reviews yall are seeing about Tiffany are accurate. She is extremely rude and unprofessional! They close down half the store so they don’t have to clean it, the pickles and tomatoes do no look fresh, and they don’t allow refills with fountain drinks. But they’ll give you lots of attitude and unprofessionalism. Avoid at all costs!

Walked in with a friend of ours we decided to eat, our friend wanted to go to the restroom. He was unauthorized to go to the restroom because he was not buying food really that’s ridiculous and insensitively . The dark skin lady behind the counter, said that he could not use the bathroom as well. Purposely asked him if he was gonna use the restroom and if he wasn’t a paying customer that he couldn’t use it He wasn’t able to get a cup of ice people are so mean and they have no Respect for others at no point.No courtesy for customers …. No one should be told that they t a bathroom complete disrespect and discriminating…. They won’t get my business anyway…. If you can just drive down the to another subway I would !

the worst subway location! i don’t recommend, me and my mother received attitude from the workers and one was touching her phone and in the middle of a call with a friend while making our food.. so disgusting.

This was a takeout order and first time ordering here. I used my rewards for a foot long sub but when I got home it was a 6”. The flatbread wasn’t fresh and very hard. I called the restaurant but no one picked up. I called again later and selected the options available and one of the options wouldn’t let me leave a message. I was told the voicemail was full. I called again and selected another option and left a message. As of yet, I haven’t heard anything from the restaurant. I would have preferred to resolve the issue but since no one answered and no one returned the call I felt I should leave a review. I haven’t had issues with other Subway restaurants. This was so disappointing.
