Someone hacked my subway app. They placed an order fraudulently. I called the store. They didn’t care and said to call subway customer care. There is no number on the app, in the website nor any number to call subway directly. I called the store back. They refused to give me any kind of number to call corporate or anyone else denying that I couldn’t find a number to call online or otherwise. They refused to do anything about the situation.

I'm a frequent customer at this location. I have been several times during my lunch break from work. For some reason I always get an attitude from customer service making my sandwi, as if they don't feel like working today. I spend my hard earned money I don't understand why it's so hard to buy a sandwich at this location. Last straw was today I asked for the meal deal which was meatball sub. customer service said wait two minutes while they refill mayonnaise. I waited 25 minutes then she proceeds to say you want meatball sub right? I said yes then she makes me wait another 15 minutes at that point I cut my losses and walked out... I don't get it
