One of the friendliest subways I’ve ever been to. The employees were extremely nice and we even had a short conversation. Very clean inside and just overall great environment.

Women do not enter this store late and alone for your safety. The older man I believe his name was Pedro was completely disrespectful. I politely asked him to change his gloves and the whole interaction went completely downhill from there. Once he was creating the sandwich I noticed little particles from another non-requested ingredient on the sandwich once the cheese was placed on the bread. I asked him if he could just left the cheese and remove the partial that look like pork or a bacon. Since, I have bad allergies not to be picky. All hell just breaks loose. He started saying that I am Puerto Rican and no woman is going to run me. Just completely disrespectful. To just keep the peace I decided to leave because I didn’t feel safe and he seems volatile and dangerous. The only positive that came out of this situation is that I was able to save money. My advice for the GM please Vet your staff closely because it can make you vulnerable to potential lawsuits decreasing your profit margins.

I normally order from this Adamo location every other week or when my pregnancy cravings kick in. But everytime i order from this location I say less this or more that so today i put items more and didnt receive the items which is very weird and crazy. So went ahead and ate the sandwich because noway i can come back 30 min ride on a 30 minute break. So when i got to the end of the sandwich plastic particle in my Tuna sandwich I want answers or im going to have my lawyer reach out to corporate.

Today the woman with the gold teeth added an unauthorized tip to my order. I questioned her before tapping my card, asking why the price of my sandwich increased by $2 and she said the register was displaying the previous customers order. Once my payment was complete, my receipt reflected a tip I had not added. When I questioned the woman, she said I must have done it, and there was no way to reverse it. Beware of tips being added without your knowledge at this store!

I went in at around 4 am and the cashier asked me if I have apply pay or cash app cause he has a deal for me and said no I don't and I'm not interested so he starts making my sandwich and continues to ask for $10 I said I only have card he said there's an ATM just out side the store and that if I get the $10 I can have the sandwich and drink and chip for just the $10 I said I really don't want to cause the ATM charges a fee. So we get to the check out and his register is down and said you can go to the ATM or wait however long till the register is back up and running and at this point I was already tired of him and I just got off work so I went pulled out $20 since the ATM doesn't do $10 so it cost me $24. So I head back to the subway hand him the $20and put it in his pocket and he hands me $3 and says it's $10 so I count just to check and he's like o my bad how much do I owe you and we head back inside and he tries to open his register and says it's still down can I get anything else for you and at this point I'm over it mad tired. So I say a bowl or meet balls just to make it quick and get out of there worst experience ever. I tried calling the store the next day but all calls went straight to voice mail except catering and the lady I talked to said that's not ok and the district manager would be calling me soon but still haven't heard back.

The bread was uncooked, The bread looked very pale and still felt slightly raw, I asked for it to be toasted yet it was barely toasted, the sweet tea tasted horrible, it wasn’t even tea it just felt like water with slight sugar, very unhappy with my meal.
