Store offers $5.99 sun full flavor. I asked for lettuce tomatoe cheese and bacon cucumbers.
Wanted two sandwiches. Lady said those are full price. I said your sign says $5.99 full flavor. She refused to read the sign.
She started making the sandwich and only put 4 pieces of meat length wise. Not folded up and put on the sandwich like they used too. When I asked her to put proper meat on it. She said she said this is all you get.
So one they advertised a full flavor sandwich that is full of meat with a picture and they refuse to make it like the picture. Second the lady refused to even acknowledge the sign they have at entrance.
Worst place ever.
Had to go knock on employee door as no one was at counter to make the sandwich.

Just went to order two sandwiches and was telling the guy what I wanted and he told me to slow down and started giving me a dirty look and I said my bad but then he continued to go on about how he’s the only worker and I need to chill, I told him not to worry about the sandwiches and left and he was shouting stuff at me while I left. It was a black man a little on the shorter side who was treating us like this

I was just in this subway and I was getting two Subway sandwiches foot-long tuna. The girl was in such a rush that she literally was ripping my bread and I asked for new bread and she goes to me. Very nasty. Says the bread is soft. I could’ve gave you hard bread, but I thought maybe you would want the soft bread I said ma’am can I just have new bread? That’s not ripping I don’t want my sandwiches ripped so she threw The bread back into the bread holder slammed the door and I was like forget it. I don’t even want my sandwiches anymore. She goes good. I said I’m calling your boss. Good. I don’t care that’s what she kept saying was I don’t care. She’s gonna care when she loses her job very very. Very very unprofessional, I will never ever ever go back to that subway ever again and I used to go there a lot not anymore

Stop Robbing people for their money. Just look at the picture of my order..not even an ounce of steak. Why are they not making it with enough steak? I don't know maybe because my dad is old and that's how they take advantage of the elderly and giving them whatever they want. The steak didn't even fill half the sandwich. Its like eating basically bread lettuce and mayo..and they gave me no cheese after they charged me for it. I feel like I've been Robbed scammed for a foot long sub. Please do better.

Didn’t know the pickles came outta your paycheck. Oh wait, they don’t. Lady kept looking at the dude every time I had to ask for more pickles. I get it, for some people a lot of pickles of weird but I like it. And started off the pickles by telling the woman to get a couple handfuls because I really like pickles. The got like 10 TINY pickles and looked at me like “what next” I had to ask for more pickles 4 times!!!! Only when I said “I’ll pay for more if I have to” did she grab an actual handful. And they both looked at me like I was crazy. I wasn’t rude. I was flat. But I DONT HAVE TO PERFORM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. THEY DO. It’s not a huge deal but cmon, 1. There’s NO need to SHAME someone for how many pickles they get. 2. There’s woman’s customer service was awful. Barely looked at me the whole time and just dropped my sandwich at the register for the other guy to take it was didn’t say A THING to me.

I have ordered combo and they did send wrong chips, didn’t send Coke, worst experience, sandwich was also not good, what dressing I selected they didn’t make the same, also called to store 10 times, no one picked, worst store, please do not order anything, it was delivered by door dash, I did ask him about missing coke and wrong chips, he did mention store has given me the same and mentioned me to call them.
If your store closes at 10 PM, please don’t act annoyed when a customer walks in at 9:15 PM. Do your job instead of slamming containers and groaning like your own job is a chore. Extremely disappointed, won’t be back again. There’s another Subway nearby, go there instead of dealing with this disrespectful service and having to force down the mediocre food.

This place has the worst customer service, clearly the man working tonight 3/2/24 5:30pm hates his job. He has no idea how to make a salad, very little lettuce and one scoop of tuna (should be two). I have been ordering the same salad for years and have never experienced someone like this. Please- who ever owns this store- please, look at the reviews on all the platforms and properly train your staff on customer service and safe handling of food.

It’s 7:05 pm. I have ordered online for two subs with some instructions to place half chipotle and half sweet onion in both the subs. . When I went to store he has put sweet onion and chipotle on first sandwich and was ready to make second. I did remind him politely that there were instructions on the order. He became angry and cancelled my order.I asked him to refund my money. He said that I did not pay money to him and I should call customer service to get that refund.I asked him to call his manager and see if he can help me out and get those subs or refund the money. While he was talking to manager on phone, he said that he would not want me to connect his manager.I have not experienced this behavior from food chain or any retail store in my entire life.His name is Maurice. I would recommend anyone to be very careful before placing an order to this Walmart.This person was extremely hostile, belligerent and I felt at one time that he could physical assault me if I ask for refund procedure again.I felt like I was robbed and living in third world country where someone can keep your money without giving you service.

Order online or in person it's just disgusting either way. Not blaming here anyone. It's just food cost and inflation. There will be time people need to grow their own food. Money can buy happiness, not happy meal.

Food poisoning. The owner clearly doesn't take customer safely into account. Only thing I ate that day was an Italian BMT around noon. Around dinner my stomach was in knots and I had severe food poisoning. Ended up checking into the hospital for puking blood.Do not go here, the owner must be a cheapskate and refuse to throw away bad meat.
