Smelt sooo good walking in and the establishment was super clean!! I was the only customer during 1pmish so of course it went by fast and the food was delicious!

I ordered my food online and went inside to pick it up. There was no clear indication of where to pick up the food, because my subway has a sign hanging over saying “pay/pick up”. This subway did not. When I went over to the counter, I didn’t want to just walk in while there were customers trying to order and pay, so I waited a few minutes. They didn’t even acknowledge that I was there, caring for only the people ordering currently. After around 5-10 minutes, maybe even more, I tell them that I ordered online and I’m here to pick it up. I tell my name, and they look and say we haven’t made it yet. The app said my order was ready, so I went at that time to pick it up. The employee finally starts to get the receipt and try to make the order, which is fine because I’ll get the food at least, right? No! They then tell me that they don’t have any veggie patty in stock. I ask why, because it said it was in stock on the app. They said their manager forgot to adjust the settings on the app, indicating it was out of stock. This just explains how bad the service and management is here! They said they can make me a new sandwich, which could’ve have been fine, but they never mentioned if I would have to pay. I don’t want to say yes, get this sandwich, and instead of leaving (since the store still took my money even though I received no food), they make me pay. I asked if I can get a refund or maybe a cash refund. They said no, because I paid in card which makes sense, no arguing there. The app is also very glitchy, because there was no option for a refund (i.e button to click). So, I am currently dealing with the subway customer service support and seeing if I can get my refund. This all occurred on Aug. 7th, it’s Aug. 13th now. The store said the manager can void the transaction, but she’s not here right now, so write your name and number and she’ll call you. I received no call! It seems as if they don’t care about their customers or their money. Also, this store does not seem very clean nor up to standards when it comes to making their food or dealing with customers. After this, I will not be coming back to this store or any other subway, as I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this chain.l restaurant!!

Never ordering from here again
This was the worst veggie sandwich I’ve ever ha This was the worst veggie sandwich I’ve ever had. I placed my order through the Subway app, and it was delivered completely cold. The veggie patties were cold and unappetizing, and the whole sandwich felt like it had just come out of the fridge. Absolutely disappointing experience. I’m never ordering from this location again.

I was just in this subway and I was getting two Subway sandwiches foot-long tuna. The girl was in such a rush that she literally was ripping my bread and I asked for new bread and she goes to me. Very nasty. Says the bread is soft. I could’ve gave you hard bread, but I thought maybe you would want the soft bread I said ma’am can I just have new bread? That’s not ripping I don’t want my sandwiches ripped so she threw The bread back into the bread holder slammed the door and I was like forget it. I don’t even want my sandwiches anymore. She goes good. I said I’m calling your boss. Good. I don’t care that’s what she kept saying was I don’t care. She’s gonna care when she loses her job very very. Very very unprofessional, I will never ever ever go back to that subway ever again and I used to go there a lot not anymore

I was waited on by the manager or possibly the owner herself, I ordered a regular 6” turkey sub add chips and a drink and was shocked at the expense. When I was going over my receipt I noticed that she actually charged me for a “titans turkey” which is double meat & cheese which as a previous Subway owner myself I know for a fact did not have any extra meat or cheese. Makes me wonder how often this happens to customers that are unaware of the Subway formula…

Waited 10 minutes to be served and was the only one in line. The employee was busy setting up, so I understood.

Got my food, sat down, ate, and on my way out was placing another order for my friends and family. Wanted to get 2 footlongs and the employee said “you’re getting all that?! I’m trying to finish up here. You could have gotten all that the first time. Hold on now, let me go finish up”

After that I left without getting anything.

The worst possible customer experience imaginable. No greeting at any point, arguing with me about what I ordered, dirty counters, asking for cheese is not allowed, workers saying quote “I swear I’m about to quit this job”, every buzzer in the store going off, my sandwich getting burnt because it was left in the toaster so long, should I go on? I have never had a worse experience at subway. If I could give 0 stars I would. Pathetic.

Everytime I have been into this location, which isn't often considering the attitudes, poor service, piss poor quality of the food (though what would you expect from a fast food sandwich shop) and general off putting environment the staff has cultivated, I am reminded why the service industry is in shambles and there are listeria, E. coli, and Karen outbreaks abound. I know you have A cup because they are right in front of your register, I know you have silver ware because your customers are eating their wilted salads with them, and I know you have some ice because your machine dispenser them to the throngs of unknowing and uncaring masses that still keep your cesspit of a shop open.
