The worst possible customer experience imaginable. No greeting at any point, arguing with me about what I ordered, dirty counters, asking for cheese is not allowed, workers saying quote “I swear I’m about to quit this job”, every buzzer in the store going off, my sandwich getting burnt because it was left in the toaster so long, should I go on? I have never had a worse experience at subway. If I could give 0 stars I would. Pathetic.

Everytime I have been into this location, which isn't often considering the attitudes, poor service, piss poor quality of the food (though what would you expect from a fast food sandwich shop) and general off putting environment the staff has cultivated, I am reminded why the service industry is in shambles and there are listeria, E. coli, and Karen outbreaks abound. I know you have A cup because they are right in front of your register, I know you have silver ware because your customers are eating their wilted salads with them, and I know you have some ice because your machine dispenser them to the throngs of unknowing and uncaring masses that still keep your cesspit of a shop open.

They are understaffed and overworked. Did I say that had NO lettuce. It's terrible for management to be home, and staff doesn't have needed ingredients. I'm very disappointed with a BJs down the street. I waited 20 min only to notice no lettuce. A sign would have sufficed. I'll try again one day. Went to westshore pizza instead A+++

After my visit on 6/3, I did not think Subway could do it, but they cut the sandwich, the meat translucent, and the veggies thinner than before. Then, they want to upcharge you $2 to return to the previous thickness. Now, this was an online order, so I don't know if they cut the meat fresh. The steak and Italian were just sad!

I just bought a footlong sandwich here. The staff was very rude. I asked for extra sauce, but they sprinkled it all over the bread, and their faces looked angry, as if they were bothered to answer questions. I came here for the first time today. No matter how much I like the sandwiches, I will never come back again. I can't give the service a rating. I feel bad and can't eat this sandwich!!!!!!!!!!

We had a veggie patty sub and a tuna sub loaded with veggies. Food was great the staff (one person) was awesome. Even though we had to wait he made it worth it.
Vegetarian options: Veggie patties are the best or just get a salad on bread.
Parking: Small strip plaza but lots of parking.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of room for a family.
Wheelchair accessibility: You can bring them in and seat anywhere.
I have now 2 times in the last month and both times I have been angrily greeted by some weirdo with a red girls wig on, he’s always angry because there’s only one person working which gives him every right to be mad, but he acts like a 2 year old throwing a tantrum, throwing receipts, throwing pens, storming off, like idk I wish someone could shut this business down if it’s gonna be ran by someone acting like a kid throwing a tantrum, please get help

Been to this subway multiple times and it was in fact one of the only I will go to. But this time I couldn't even get any food because the circus freak working behind the counter was to busy throwing a fit. Literally throwing receipts for online orders out of anger and punching the register. I decided with that level of stupidity going on there is no way it wasn't spitting in the food in the back. Maybe hire non idiots, just a thought. Oh wait you would need to actually pay a living wage for that.

Placed a pickup order for 9:40PM on a Friday and got there as soon as it was ready by 9:30ish. Everything in the store was on but door was locked. Stood there for 20 minutes trying to get someone's attention and a worker saw me three times and just signaled "we are closed" every time while sipping something clear in a clear cup. App said store was closing at 10 and that my order was ready for pickup.Tried calling but phone was going directly to voicemail after 2 rings. As sucky as this was, maybe it wasn't meant to be, and I just went home around 9:54PM. Tried calling the next morning multiple times and was hit with voicemail again. Even Customer Service extension had the same outcome.No food and money taken out of my account. Contacted Guest Care via email form. Hoping I get an answer before contacting the bank for a charge back. Beware of online orders with this location!
