I have 2 stars is for the daytime staff please don't waste your money, time, or energy going here during the evening. I ordered 2 steak & cheese (untoasted) subs, 1 with extra meat & BBQ sauce, and the other with multiple toppings. Both were ice cold the meat was not heated at all (she said because I ordered them untoasted) no extra meat, a few toppings not there the main one being tomatoes, her response was there's a tomato shortage (this location is inside a walmart) I turn around and the 1st thing I see is not 1 but 2 huge bins of you guessed it tomatoes. When I order from here and she's working order is always so messed up I usually check it before leaving the counter, because the last few times she tried saying I must have removed... tampered with... or some kind of story. She refuses to fix the issue & never takes responsibility or simply says oh I'm sorry, can I fix that or please let me make you a new sandwich.

I always had worst experience with subway! I placed an order online on Oct 12 to pick up the food at location 15302 N.Nebraska Ave, Tampa, FL-. When I visited the location the lady at the subway was very rude. She was literally yelling at me saying there was no bread and she cannot make any sandwiches. When I told her I ordered food online if I will get My money back she said “ call the guys and ask and don’t ask me “ . It was so embarrassing in front of people who were at the Walmart at that time. Not planning to go to subway again!

i ordered less cheddar cheese sauce on the app on accident, asked for a side of the sauce at the store and was charged for it. the app doesn’t charge you for even extra sauce, let alone what normally comes on the sub. such amazing cutomer service that only cares about money lol. that’s a scam at that point but i wholeheartedly hope you guys get rich off of a dollar. this location sucks as is, unfortunately it was our only option with every other location being closed due to milton. if i get into the actual food here, that would be a complete different story of its own. i just hope i don’t get food poisoning with the way all of our 4 subs were made. avoid this place at all costs.
