I just went to the subway and I asked the gentleman what subs are 7.99 because B C that’s the advertisement that subway is pushing the guy got extremely rude with me and said he can’t control the Internet. I said Subway is advertising this and you guys are not honoring it and he just got very rude and said I can’t control the Internet.

I ordered Uber Eats. We asked for two different subs. They forgot the Tuna. I called and spoke to the manager. I think Marcus. He had the worst customer service. Very rude and a horrible sandwich maker. Do NOT go to this location. STAY AWAY!! They give you what ever they want to especially if your not at the location. They cant handle getting busy. We asked for regular chocolate chips cookies. They gave us double and blamed it on the driver. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

While visiting recently to get my son and family dinner, after school, my small son wanted to see which meats and cheeses he wanted in his sandwich. There was a weird large metal thing with a handle covering the meats and cheeses. We asked if they could move it so gte could see the meats and cheeses. The young man looked over at the other employee and asked she very rudely replied, "No!". I asked her name and also took her picture. Since when are the toppings top secret?? I thought the point of the set up was for the customer to see their "fresh" ingredients to pick and see what they wanted on their sandwich.??? Why put a giant metal thing over it so nobody can see?? Why be hateful to a small child and not allow him to take a quick look? Overall a very poor experience!!!! I didn't order anything and I'll NEVER order from this location again! Very unpleasant and unprofessional!

332 pm Monday the 12th of February, They lady who said she was the manager, with the gold teeth was absolutely beyond rude. I asked her for an Italian BMT, she started making my sandwich only put in pep and salami I asked her about the ham, she then proceeded to rudely ask me if I was going to tell her how to do her job, rudely smirked at me not smiled then asked me what cheese, I said what about the ham she said don't worry how I make the sandwich with more attitude and after I decided I would much rather drive 2 miles to get better service on the overly priced sandwich I was already getting. In this economy with how much everything costs you shouldn't have to drive else where for better service, let alone have someone who obviously doesn't care if she keep that said job.
