I have to give a huge shoutout to Albi at this Subway. Every single time I come in, he absolutely nails my sandwich. He pays attention to what you ask for, doesn’t rush through it, and somehow makes everything taste better just by the way he puts it together.
On top of that, he’s always working hard. I’ve seen him juggling multiple orders, keeping the place clean, and still managing to greet people with a smile. His customer service is seriously top tier friendly, patient, and just easy to talk to. It’s rare to see someone consistently put in that much effort, especially in fast food.
Honestly, Subway is lucky to have him. I hope someone higher up realizes what a gem he is because he definitely deserves a raise! Employees like him are the reason people keep coming back!

ZERO STARS…This is the WORST Subway. Had issues before decide to try them one more time just for them to mess up all over again. I made an online order for delivery bc there customer service is horrible and left special instructions for them to put mayo and mustard on bread first they did that then put meat and veggies on then loaded it with more mayo and mustard I didn’t not ask for extra anything. When I opened my order mayo n mustard was everywhere not only did they load my sub with quadruple mayo n mustard but they seem to want the paper on the sub to look nice by squeezing my sub to be make it pretty and tight that mayo and mustard along with my veggies were squeezed out over the sub and the bread crumbled from being squeezed so tightly. WHO DOES THAT. I tried to eat it and when I took my first bit not only did the sub slide out of my hands from all the sliminess of the mayo n mustard but the first thing I noticed was a moldy smell and taste. WOW what an experience. I then tried calling the store and it doesn’t ring but give u a message of not available try again later. Again this store has given me issues prior not just once. So I tried online ordering to see if maybe I was over reacting but it’s definitely this stores employees and management period. Very bad customer service well just overall bad service PERIOD.

I work near the restaurant and we usually go there for lunch during the week. Today there were two employees, one was super nice and she was the one who took my payment, and the other lady had a very bad attitude. She was very rude and seemed angry. It was truly awful how she made us feel. She was yelling, asking what can of bread? What cheese? What meat? I will never go back when she's on duty.

This place is always running behind. One employee taking care of a long line is typical. Be prepared to be waiting a half hour even if you order online. My order was placed online I got here 5 minutes after it should have been done and I ended up waiting 25 minutes longer while the 1 employee took care of a line of 7 people.

I am a business owner & I come to this subway 2-4 times a week.
I came today with my mom to get sandwich’s, he threw my sandwich together to the point where I couldn’t eat it and everything was all over the place. When we asked to fold the sandwich (like close the sandwich) he said “I don’t know what you guys are talking about”. Then we asked to remake the sandwich and it was a big deal. Literally just left. Again. He has served me multiple times along with other employees, I eat there regularly as it’s by my job & house. I cannot believe the rudeness and disrespect and honestly it seemed like he didn’t want to be working or taking anyone’s order. As a business owner, I am appalled.
I walked in today and let me just say, WOW it was so clean, organized and the food looked so fresh 😍! I ask the ladies that were there if the management changed? They reply NO.i was so impressed by how clean and fresh everything looked and when I got home my sandwiches were DELICIOUS and tasted so fresh and good!!! Thank you Joannie and Alayna keep up the good work. This placehas never looked so GOOD!!!!

Place is really dirty. Drink machine area has mold. Roof is literally leaking dirty water from the AC directly on the glass covering the open food. Like a substantial leak. There is no way bacteria is not landing on the food. Couldn't understand what the big guy behind the counter was saying. He was mumbling. This place is in big trouble. I'm astonished it's actually operating. My wife and I couldn't find a clean table to sit at. Honestly we were so disgusted we threw out food in the trash and left immediately. If you don't want food poisoning please avoid this Subway. Truly revolting

Just skip this place. It's the hot n now of sub shops. There was a family of 3 infront of us. All got foot long subs with lots of meat including chicken bacon ranch, drinks and chips but they only paid 23 bucks. We got two subs and 3 cookies which was 28. It was regular menu charged so ok but the guy completely flattened out bread and rolled up our subs in 3 wrappers each. While.doing this he made complete messes out of our subs. He was horrible!! Food was nasty. We only ate it because we were super hungry and its right by our house. Do urself a favor, if honeybaked hams is closed just get taco bell, their food is always perfect at that location, in the same plaza. I will never eat subway for the rest of my life after this.

Dude had a rude attitude towards my girlfriend and I when we started to order and would lazily throw our food in the microwave/toppings on our sandwiches. Not one smile, greeting, or conversation was made. Either he was having a bad day or hated his job, but regardless no one should be treated like that. Do better.
