I love Subway to death meatball subs are one of my favorites, but unfortunately locations like this with poor staffing makes it hard for me to enjoy a meatball sub. It was 6 PM and I went in there to get a few foot-long subs to spend over $50 and the lazy staff did not feel like making any more meatballs and after I said, I would wait. They said I was wasting my time I should go to another subway. this place is a joke. I just wish they can hire good help for evening shift this is the THIRD time I’ve been turned away smh.

Ordered patty but they didn’t see it on the note and never added it until I insisted. Told to keep things clean as I am vegetarian but kept cross contaminating. Veggies were also very soggy. Spotted a roach right underneath the checkout counter. I would give half a star if I could. It was a little late so I understand one mistake or maybe two but they made countless mistakes.
Apon getting home all the receipts taped to the bags didn’t match the sandwiches and they were missing ingredients. We used to love going here but the last few orders have sucked, and this was the nail in the coffin.💀 DO NOT EAT HERE 💀

I went to Subway on Sunday, September 30, 2024. It was somewhat crowded, but I waited. It was worth the wait because Alberto and Grayson took good care of me. I ordered a 6-inch tuna sub, but because of the extra time to prepare (because of the number of people) I was given a footlong and a large cup for my favorite tea, raspberry tea. If you are ever feeling hungry and are need of good customer service, this is the spot to go! Thanks Alberto and Grayson! Dr. Anthony Keel

Ordered a bogo, 2 Titan full subs online. When I picked up the subs, they felt lighter than you would expect with extra meat. But I left with them. The rolls were over-toasted and there was maybe.the equivalent of a half-sub of meat, cheese and toppings. Everything was mashed together on the hard bread.
I have had good subs from this shop before, but I think the bogo specials are causing the sub makers to skimp to make money. I will try ordering in-house and watch them make the sub, but.the bogo deal was only in the app. One more shot before I am through.

I saw on the news Subway was having troubles, so I figured I'd go in again (it'd been a while since my last visit) and was disappointed they no longer offer any mozzarella cheese. The only alternative was American, which had no flavor. It had to be their most popular cheese, so it's really odd they don't have it. The last time I went, they charged me extra for mozzarella, and now it's just gone. Really sad. I unfortunately probably won't be back. I just don't want to spend money ordering what they want me to eat.

They suck, don’t order online BOGO, if you do take photos of your food and save them for a law suit. I’ll be back and I’ll order online, in store and watch them make it.
Since you don’t know how to do your job, I’ll direct you as you make my food. I worked at Panera for 6 years out of high school and would never present such a sandwich to hard working customers. Keep in mind I see the same people every time. I correct them sometimes but that’s not my responsibility. I should be able to pick my food up and leave without opening the sandwiches up. It’s your job to do it with a smile ? I will continue to be respectful and take up accountability with the court system. I have 27 photos, records of 54 sandwiches we’ve ordered from this location. There are many more sandwiches we’ve order but luckily I corrected them when I picked it up. Not
My job, do your job. See you all next time. One day I will order online and I’ll order in store to see the difference between ordering online and In store. You won’t know it’s me as I will start using a new account, in case you guys pay that much attention and care enough do a terrible job, just because I want what I order not what your feeling make me.

Literally the worst service you can get I never complain if the food sucks and the service is good but they literally switched me and my sisters bread then switched it out without changing the bread I asked for stuff on one sub and they would put it on the other one because they were too busy talking and playing I paid 37 dollars for 3 subs and only one of them were right they were acting like they were high and didn’t understand how to make a sandwich

I went to subway the other day to get my usual lovely 6 inch after the gym. I wanted to leave a good review because I love the service that I’m provided and I happened to notice a nasty review that I actually was there for. The lady was rude to the worker I don’t remember his name but he was honestly great. She asked for an abundance of toppings for her wrap and the worker advised against it but he obliged to her request and the wrap ended up breaking and he offered to make another and while he was remaking the second one she walked out and he made it perfectly! How ironic! She was rude to him and was inconsiderate and mean she was very entitled. M e and another customer reassured him he was fine and he even offered me the second (perfect) wrap he made for free as a token of gratitude. Great worker and great food, I hope to see him again I could never imagine him not being here!
